No it's when i do whole nand format it was not download I tried everything from your instructions but still same thing I have been trying for a week to find solution but still there is non of instructions is working

i see... ok let's try figure what happends when you got that error... first of all i want to know something : when you connect the phone without battery ( to format) , the phone only connect's once ( i mean the sound of connecting a usb ) or it connect and disconnect several times?? if you connect your phone and you hear that windows sound many times, then you have a usb problem ( driver problem )...
please open : my computer / right click / manage or device manager ( depends of your windows version ) then go to device manager / COM PORTS and look for your phone driver... go to properties / advanced / baud rate , and hit restore defaults...
also try to format with this version : SP_Flash_Tool_v3.1328.0.183 and report back... hope you get out of that ugly stage (hard bricked) once you format the phone you are allmost done...

you have a backup of your phone made with mtkdroid tool ? if you have the backup go in the folder and look and find this file "phone.info" and post it here
i saw now that you don't have a backup ... in this case you must try a lot of rom similar to your phone and flash only - preloader.bin , uboot.bin (lk.bin) , boot.img and recovery.img - when you find a preloder working you keep it and also the scater.txt , and try to find a good uboot.bin (this file has grafic driver), after this go with the boot.img (the kernel) and the recovery - if you find the right flash with this file you can check for the rest of them to have a full flash.

when you find files that work for your phone you must keep it, also a good scater.txt and try to flash only that files i told you and you must arrive to the recovery - after that you search for a good system.img (is the problem to this chinese phones). try also my files from here -> needrom.com/mobile/s4-gt-i9500-mt6572/ who knows maybe are good for your phone.

ok here we go again... this must work... open SP_Flash_Tool_v3.1328.0.183 and use this preloader+scatter http://www.4shared.com/rar/7J8m6bQBba/preloaderscater.html
press format...
if you get error try SP_Flash_Tool_exe_v3.1316.0.150
if all this doesnt work for you, i'll upload a stock rom that really must save you , and if even that will not work for you, then i'll upload a backup from one of my devices...
remember ! i have MT6572_s00 same as you, and if all this will not work, then you have a serious problem over there... but we will try figure it out

[Q] Allwinner A10

My allwinner A10 tablet came pre-rooted or so I thought. I installed CWM v6.1.0.2 via the terminal emulator but wasn't able to reboot back to my OS.
I then wiped cache partition and wiped data, it would not allow me to wipe the dalvik cache.
At the end of each process I see:
E:Can't mount /cache/recovery/log
E:Can't mount/cache/recovery/log
Also for /last-log of the two above.
I have got an A10 cm10 rom which I have tried to install via the external sd but no luck.
Any help would be appreciated as I have no clue what I can do next.
Do you know the model or make of your device? What are all of the specs? If you have that information I can probably lead you to a support forum for your device.
I recently recovered my A10 device flashing a .img of a totally different A10 tablet and most of my tablets features work. I tried flashing 100 other .img files and none of those worked correctly.
Where did you get that CWM file? Was it CWM that was specific for A10 devices? You can't just flash any recovery to your device and expect it to work.
Your issue is likely that the CWM is not for your device or it's just having issues with your device. I'm using CWM 6.0.1.1 for Allwinner A10 ICS. I got it onto my device using a simple one click method, but in order for you to use it you have to be on a rom that at least boots up with the display working.
Once you give me information on your device I can try searching for some .img files for you to flash onto your device with Livesuit. If you're lucky enough you'll get one that is specific for your device, if your not so lucky you're going to be breaking your head trying to find a rom that at least boots up with most features working. It's a lesson learned, don't mess with your device unless you have the necessary resources as a backup in the event that something goes wrong.

To be honest it's just a long search through each tablets board to find a post that lists the specs. I'm realizing that's a big headache.
I personally just flashed random A10 images onto my device. Nothing bad seemed to happen to my device, but I'm not sure if the same is going to apply to you. If you feel like taking the chance you can just flash some images and cross your fingers hoping it doesn't do anything to your device. When I did it the worst that happened was that the roms either didn't display anything, displayed a static image, display was off center, touch controls didn't work, or got stuck at boot screen, then one finally worked.
I can try to link you to some A10 firmware images and LiveSuitPack if you want to take the chance.

It's very simple actually.
Here's the LiveSuitPack tool: http://www.topnotchtablets.com/LivesuiteInstall
Here's the guide for installing firmware: http://www.topnotchtablets.com/A10Firmware
In the guide for installing firmware substitute the menu button for volume down button if you don't have a menu button.
There are two firmwares to download on the firmware installation guide page, although I don't think either of those will work at all to begin with. Try them if you'd like. Give me a few minutes to boot into my other partition so I can get all the links of images I bookmarked.

No, once you download the Livesuitpack you're going to open the folder and run LiveSuitPack_v1.07. That'll install some drivers, or it'll ask you if you want to install some drivers, click Yes. From there you're going to run the LiveSuit application. Then you follow the steps for getting the new firmware onto your device.
EDIT: The drivers that the Livesuitpack installs onto your computer also make your device recognizable in ADB (if you know what that is and ever have a use for it). I also couldn't find drivers for my device for the longest and these seem to work at making your device recognizable across your computer.

No need to thank anymore than you already have. I've been helped around here plenty of times by some sincere people. It's all about giving back what you receive. I hope everything goes well with your tablet as it did mine, and be careful, don't want anything getting messed up on you. Good luck.

No luck so far, I flashed one image which gave me a sort of cracked looking screen affect, other images I have tried to flash do not make it to 100%?
I am not sure if I have now completely bricked it?
I am still looking for images that closely match my pad and will try again this evening.

Your device shouldn't brick. I believe A10 devices have all necessary code in the chip itself, or something along those lines. The cracked looking screen effect means that it isn't compatible with your device, I came across plenty of roms that did that to my device, all you do if flash the next image.
I haven't come across any issues with it not getting to 100%. I can only suggest you retry it, or move on to the next image.

Iv got similar problems with my BC1077. Iv been trying to fix it for the last few days. Im not 100% sure, but I think the problem Iv quoted above is that CWM does not support jellybean, so it wont work with cm10, which is jellybean.
Over the last few days Iv flashed 40+ A10 firmwares to my tablet, but Iv only found 1 that installs properly and boots for me. It actually works pretty well, only major issue iv noticed is auto rotate doesnt work. But this same working firmware is also jellybean, after I install CWM I get bootloops and have to reflash the firmware again to boot.
Heres a link to the firmware that works for my BC1077 - http://www.ssb-repair.com/Firmwares/Cherry/M1007_20121217.zip
Its for a completly different tablet (Cherry Mobility - M007), but like I said it works on mine.
Heres another firmware it might be worth you trying to flash, its the only BC1007 specific firmware Iv found, but it wont install on my tablet, I always get a 0x162 error from it. Heres the link - http://www.pandawillforum.com/soft/mate sku20314 firmware for May 25 stock.rar
Good luck, let us know if you make any progress.
I think I might have been flashing with a very low battery, if a flash was unsuccessful halfway through would this not brick the tablet.
I am not getting any kind of response from the screen at all and when I try to flash although the drivers appear to load the % bar doesn't go up.

Thanks for that, I will try tonight and get back.
OK, regardless of the image I try to flash the livesuit progress bar gets to 3% and then goes back to 0% and then nothing.
Anyone?
If the battery was low and the flashing process didn't finish all you have to do is load up the exact image that didn't finish flashing into LiveSuit and put your tablet into download mode and let it do its thing. I had the same problem and got scared my tablet was bricked, so I just did the process I stated above and it finished. It wouldn't allow me to flash another rom, I'd get the little Livesuit pop up that you get after a rom successfully flashes, so if that's the same pop up you're getting don't be alarmed.

I dont think your tablet is bricked, if it was I doubt it would respond to Live Suite or PheonixUSB pro at all. From what Iv read about the A10 its meant to be unbrickable.
What error codes does live suite/pheonixUSB give you when they stop?
if youre getting 0x120 and 0x162 errors, just keep trying more firmwares out till you find one that will install without errors.
Theres loads of A10 Allwinner firmwares at this link - http://androidtabletfirmware.com/firmware_search/order=2/sort=1

I have this phone:

Google play recognizes it as : Alps E1901_v77_jdt1_9p017_fwvga
The usual Note-II n7100 replica with 5.3'', with Android 4.1.1, 2 x 1GHz, 512Mb RAM + 512Mb ROM (the auction and the box however say 1.2Ghz and 1GB ROM... bloody Chinese sellers...)
I managed to root it as explained here:
forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=38015722&postcount=90
And while I was trying to get 2.5Gb of ROM through a new EBR1 img, I think I have flashed the wrong image (the phone doesn' t boot anymore....). I made backups for boot, recovery and system but not for the EBR1 and MBR.
Would anyone with same phone share these 2?
I thank in advance.
Best wishes
Anyone willing to help?
I just flashed the wrong ROM and the screen became all white....
Lesson learned: it has to be jdt1 and not jbl1 the ROM....
I wonder what these means: screen model?
I have the same phone

I have the same phone I think. I was looking to root as well. The problem I have with my phone is that I cannot get the GPS to work. Everything appears to work but I cannot get location in maps by GPS. I have assumed either the GPS chip has a fault or the ROM version has a bug in the rush to load jelly bean by the seller. I have installed the app. GPS Data to try and analyse what is going on. I know that A-GPS is working as I get approximate locations in Maps and the Satellite locations show up in GPS Data (typically 10 or 12 satellites) but the phone cannot lock into any of these. If your GPS was working then I probably have a physical fault and not a ROM bug. If you had the same problem then I will tackle flashing a new ROM
Hi!
My GPS was working. Now it's not because I don't have the right ROM.
Your problem seems common....Have you tried to tweak the engineer mode?
Dial the following code : *#*#3646633#*#* and go to Location. There's a few utilities that can help you.
Also this guy gives a few ideas: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2063255
And this one: http://www.talkingmobi.com/fix-gps-questions-fastcardtech-com/
Hope this helps!
If you have the JDT1 FWVGA version would you mind sharing your ROM with me?
I have managed to install the JBL1 ROM but neither the camera nor the GPS are working
Thanks
By the way if you want to increase your /data partition (if it's like mine you only have 512MB) to 2.5Gb (shrinking the internal phone storage which, if you have an external SDcard it does nothing), you can use this:
Mt657xRepartition_EN.apk : http://chinamobiles.org/attachment.php?attachmentid=24827&d=1358151587
Phone must be rooted for this to work!
Just install it, try to guess the english-russian on it: select 2.5GB, reboot in recovery and do factory reset (wipe data and cache).
It should reboot with a huge amount of space to install apps.
If anyone willing to dump the stock rom, here a procedure:
http://androidforums.com/micromax-a...mp-restore-micromax-a90-spft-cwmr-method.html
The stock scatter file: MT6577_Android_scatter_emmc.txt
https://www.dropbox.com/s/frkg77bx1b4zg2m/MT6577_Android_scatter_emmc.txt
more on gps
Thanks for the responses. I am away overseas and WiFi access is not all that good. I am willing to share the ROM I have proving I can get some assistance on how. I will be home mid March and in a better position to get on with this. I hope to follow up then.
Regards Greg
Thanks Greg. That would be great! I will assist you with what you may need.
About the GPS. I managed to have my working with the wrong ROM. In fact the gps.conf was empty in my phone. I got this file from one of the links I posted above, then I did what they say: Engineer mode -> Location -> GPS click “on” (it will auto update data) -> Click view and waited a minute or so until I started to see a few green satellites. I did this in open air. No buildings around.
Best wishes
Ric
updates
Hi Ric. looks like I have persuaded my seller to give me a refund. I need to return the phone unmodified. Is it possible to safely copy the Rom without rooting. I recall seeing a PC program that does this but I can't find it at present. I will have to do any copying by Wednesday next week if it can be done simplyregards. Greg
SP Flash tools - dump ROM, no ROOT needed
Hi Greg
Thanks a lot for your reply. I tried to summarise all the procedure below. The links you see are from my Dropbox so no security issues. I hope you manage to follow all the steps.
1. Installation of the of the MT6575 USB VCOM drivers
Download: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ljuco7d3efi7khk/MT6575 USB VCOM drivers.zip
And unzip it.
I had problems installing this, so I would go directly to the Windows hardware wizard and install it from there:
- Start c/windows/system32/hdwwiz.exe (as admin)
- Click next
- Manually select hardware
- List all devices
- Select the driver (for example usb2ser_Win764.inf)
- from the List select "MediaTek Preloader USB VCOM Port"
(or you can install other drivers from the list if Preloader is not enough… normally it is)
2. Let’s see if the preloader is recognised:
- Turn off your phone.
- Remove the battery.
- Connect your phone via the USB cable and wait for it to be found.
It should be found. You can also check in the Device Manager -> Ports. The Preloader Mediatek preloader should be there.
3. Install SP Flash tools.
Download it from here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/b295etf57v5gaq1/SP Flash Tool v3.1224.01.rar
4. Download the scatter file for this ROM (my copy): https://www.dropbox.com/s/frkg77bx1b4zg2m/MT6577_Android_scatter_emmc.txt
Keep the same name: MT6577_Android_scatter_emmc.txt
5. Open SP Flash Tool: SP_Flash_Tool_v3.1224.01\Flash_tool.exe
Click Scatter-loading button to load the correct scatter file: MT6577_Android_scatter_emmc.txt
and ignore any message that may appear.
6. If the phone is still connected to the PC, remove the USB plug, wait a few seconds and connect it again.
REMEMBER: Turn off your phone, remove the battery before connect the USB (and don't turn on the phone!).
The SP Flash Tool should show something on the bottom bar when you reconnect your phone.
7. Do a Read-Back (dump the rom to the PC):
- In SP flash tool go to the tab read-back:
- Click Add
- Click twice in the row created
- Add the file name as in the table below and OK
- Add Hexadecimal addresses for start and length as in the table below (don’t worry if SP Flashes add more zeros after the 0x).
Those addresses are based on the scatter file. For example, let's say that you wish to backup the boot image (BOOTIMG partition), taking into consideration that it begins on 0xf88000 and the next partition (RECOVERY) begins on 0x1588000, then the partition size is 0x1588000 - 0xf88000 = 0x600000 (You can type this on google and it gives you the answer!)
- Do this for all the entries in the table
- Once this is done, click on the “Read Back” button. If the SP Flash tools does nothing, just unplug and plug back again the USB cable (remember, no battery!)
Name Start adress Length FileName
PRELOADER 0x0 0x40000 preloader_e1901_v77_jdt1_9p017.bin
DSP_BL 0x40000 0x5C0000 DSP_BL
MBR 0x600000 0x4000 MBR
EBR1 0x604000 0x4000 EBR
UBOOT 0xf28000 0x60000 uboot_e1901_v77_jdt1_9p017.bin
BOOTIMG 0xf88000 0x600000 boot.img
RECOVERY 0x1588000 0x600000 recovery.img
SEC_RO 0x1b88000 0x600000 secro.img
LOGO 0x21e8000 0x300000 logo.bin
ANDROID 0x26e8000 0x31900000 system.img
CACHE 0x33fe8000 0x20100000 cache.img
USRDATA 0x540e8000 0x20100000 userdata.img
It should save all the files in the path you gave.
This link show some images of the SP Flash tool in case you may check the behaviour of the procedure: http://bm-smartphone-reviews.blogspot.fr/2012/04/creating-rom-dump-of-your-mt65x3-device.html
Now you can Zip everything and make it available on Dropbox for example.
Hope you manage to do all this.
Best wishes
Ric.
No Success
Hi Ric,
No success with the procedure you mentioned. Basically I ran out of time and the seller was pestering me to return the phone. I had trouble loading the drivers in WinXP. They said loaded successfully but device still not recognised.
Where you might get help is from a guy Greg Tay. He is Singapore Chinese (good english skills) and seems to act as an agent for "FastTechCard" which is a Chinese seller for cloned phones. (A rotten company to do business with). He has a blog and has frequent posts on UTube and manages to reflash a ROM every time he has any issues. I suspect he has a collection ROMs which might be interchangeable with many of these phones. If you search Utube on Galaxy Note 2 clone you will come across him. He seems to use a Zopo rom a lot.
Thanks a lot for all your technical advice. I've got an old Chinese G10 Pad which is sacrificial to practice on.
Best of luck, Greg
Hi Greg,
Thanks a lot for your reply. I will try to get in touch with that guy.
Best wishes
Ric.

I managed to have the screen working again with a mix of ROMs. But still no cameras nor volume keys.
I suggest you to look up on google for the ROMs that I have in the image below. This partly worked for me:
Next week or so I can upload this if you don't manage to get your phone working (I don't have the files with me now.)

Ok so problem solved.... unfortunately it will delete everything on your phone....i simply flashed the phone using SP-Flashtool and a rom from here => http://pan.baidu.com/share/link?shareid=324294&uk=540296524#dir/path=/Rom/Goophone I5 Rom supplyed by Zap ...
its the version v18 ... theres a v22 also you can download from http://pan.baidu.com/share/link?shareid=412131&uk=3022339290 but i havent tryed it yet so i dont know how well it works....
can you see what version your stock rom is? ... i think mine was 27 but im not 100% and i have been looking for a later version stock rom but i havent found any yet.....so yee.... the rom i installed now semes to be pretty much the same although it gave me lower antutu scores than the first one i had...dunno how mush that has to do with the software.... but userwise i havent noticed any major differance more than the charging animation thats different when the phone is switched of..and yes the system recovery 3e is in english
now ofcourse these roms are for the Fastcardtech Goophone I5 N2 micro simcard!!!
all is done at your own risk!!
also you HAVE TO INSTALL the mtk6577 VCOM driver in order to be able to use the sp.flastool correctly.....anything else might **** up your phone.... theres a good tutorial here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2206421
good luck and please post what stock version you have running now!! and if the phone is running fine otherwise maybe you want to reconsider flashing it since the versions i posted for download are v18 and v22....would love to get my hands on the newest stock rom...(did try to just flash the recovery image from the v18 but it bricked my phone)

did you flash the colonelzap recovery with flashtool??
if your colonelzap cwm works then you should back up your rom with cwm...
(I have not tryed it my self but i think it should work)
download this rom
http://pan.baidu.com/share/link?shareid=412128&uk=3022339290
uncompress and youl find a file called RECOVERY.IMG.....
now open your flashtool (i use sp-flashtool) and load the scatterfile "MT6577_Android_scatter_emmc.txt"
the flash tool is gonna show you a list with all the files that where in the zip..
uncheck all of them so the only one that is checkes is the RECOVERY.IMG ....and then you flash and TADA.....you should have your old S3 recovery back
if it all goes to **** you can just flash the complete rom and it will work.. .....atleast if you have the gooptone i5 n2/lte mtk6577
dont use mobile uncle for these files...that screwed up my phone....they need to be flashed to the phone!!
AND... this is the international v18 rom... dont know what version you have right now....but if you manage to make a back up rom of your phone PLEASE SHARE!!! .... ive been looking for the later international rom....and if you have the backup you can allways upgrade from the v18....so
GOOD LUCK!! ...keep us posted! ...and if you need more flashingdeetales you can just google or ask
CWM Goophone i5 N2 black screen
Hi , I have similar issue like this ...
I have Goophone i5 N2 from aliexpres.com
It's come with original ROM and with Root, unfortunately it has lot of bugs . So I would like to install custom ROM from Colonelzap.blogspot
I spent more then 2 days with trying to flash Clock work recovery mode . So I'll be able to flash new ROM. But there I'm stuck
I red several tutorial for instalation , I did go trough threads here on forum , etc but still without any success .
1, I tried to use MobileUncle MTK for set recovery image with image from colonel zap blog
2, I tried to use (maybe 10 different version of) SP Flash Tool and still got 2 issue (4050 or 8038) during flashing
I used recovery image from Greg's Mobile gadgets
And result is still same , When I try to load to recovery mode , I still got black screen only .. And I have to restart mobile again , then it start up normally ...
I'm starting to be little bit desperate
I'll really appreciate any help or advice
PS: because forum rules , I can't add any links to sources which I used .. But I'll response very fast for any questions. Thanks
Dude!! u gotta make sure u have the MTK Vcom drivers installed on your computer......when u got that its easy peasy..... make sure your phone us turbned of and DISSCONNECTED from the coputer... now in SPflashtool you load the rom that u wanna flash and you press the transfer button....when thats done the computer is gonna start looking for the phone.....this is the moment you connect your phone to the computer....otherwise it wont work...windows will start looking for som other crap driver to use with your phone.......
if u wanna get ur phone to work well you should go to the talkingmobi blog and download the stock rom and flash that one....then when thats done flash the CMW and throu that u put in the manuxo rom!!......thats more or less what ive done...altho i made my own rom...but its more or less the same as manuxos just with less chinese crap...but that u can do your self when u got the phone set up...easyest way i think is with "root app remover" that u can get for free from the app store...or "Playstore" to be precise... good luck!!

if u wanna get ur phone to work well you should go to the talkingmobi blog and download the stock rom and flash that one....then when thats done flash the CMW and throu that u put in the manuxo rom!!......thats more or less what ive done...altho i made my own rom...but its more or less the same as manuxos just with less chinese crap...but that u can do your self when u got the phone set up...easyest way i think is with "root app remover" that u can get for free from the app store...or "Playstore" to be precise... good luck!!

Hi ,
I did this , several times . I installed correct Vcom driver, and update to last version . And I did follow steps for SP Flash tools. And i can see for aprox 2 sec , load driver for Vcom for Mediatek and So I think , that this part I made correctly.
When I tried load scattle file in to SP flash tool , and then run download and after that I connect switch off phone via cable .
SP FT find mobile via Vcom , and start upload and I see red progress bar on 100 and then after couple seconds I got error message :
1 , sometimes : BROM ERROR: S_FT_NEED_DOWNLOAD_ALL_FAIL (4050) ...
2, or : SP Flash Tool error 8038
ohh yee... ive had that aswell when i flashed the ladies n9589.....thats either due to a bad rom...maybe some error when you downloaded it OR ande most probably an incompatible version of SPFlashtool.... sometimes you have to try diffrent versions to get it to work on your specific phone... if u got the goophone i5 n2/LTE then you should try "SP_Flash_Tool_v3.1224.01"...
Thats the one i use for flashing my goophone and it works just fine.....and when you flash the CWM you should first boot up the phone with the latest rom you flashed b4 cause if you flash on an unbooted rom it wil most probably brick your phone so u gotta do the complete romflash from scratch....remember most costum roms are basically like "CWMbackups" that people do on their modifyed roms and spread....so with spflashtool you allways need to start with a propper rom with scatterfile....but ye....try running annother version of spflashtool... like the one i wrote in top...works for me ...and u can find it on goolgle

I used your suggested version of SP_Flash_Tool_v3.1224.01 and I used 2 different recovery.img , but in both tries i got same error as you can see on image
So i tried to upload new rom .
And it's look like a made a brick from this ... Now it doesn't respond at all ... SP flash tool doesn't recognize mobile at all
I can't connect now to the SP flash tool , it's just dont recognize phone , I can see only in device manager , which see 2 cards
and when I connect phone I can see for a moment USB Vcom port driver in list and for 1 second I can see that it write
Code:
Device is work properly
and then is change to image
Code:
Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45)
To fix this problem, reconnect this hardware device to the computer.
Do you have the ADB drivers installed on your computer? .... might be there where your problem is.....or annother conflicting driver on your computer....google the forums for ADB driver MTK Vcom driver install.... as i get it the computer wont know how to talk linux without the ADB pack.......i think its included in some vcom driver packs but i do believe i had to install that separatly the first time.....check that out...cause it should work.....if now try it with annother computer...could be some crap driver on your computer messing it up...i had an emulator at one point messing my spflashtool up....

So , I don't think so that problem is the driver, because SP flash tool works fine when I try to update firmware , it's finish all task , but then the mobile doesn't start . I think that I don't have correct ROM . I tried 3 different ROM and mobile still not start up . Still just blink screen and that's all . And then I have to some how switch off . Then I'm able to do update again trough SP flash Tool , but I need correct one ROM.
I tried to find stock ROM Goophone-i5-0428-f-yzs.zip , but I found it only on some crazy Chinese site 400GB.com (file/19858713) and I was unable to download it .:silly:
are you sure its a goophone you have?
Also..... your phone NEEDS to be charged with ATLEAST 60% or it will fail....flashing really drains the battery and ive had flashings fail just cause of low battery......but yee.... if its not a real goophone it wont work either way.... or if its annother model....you need to have the correct rom for the right phone or it will fail 99,5% of the times..
dont think i can do much more for u.....running out of ideas......it should work with that assuming your hardware is good.

I saw some fake goophone on net , but it was with dual core CPU MTK 6587 etc ...
When I download SU and some other app like CPU Z ,etc I checked and I didn't see any suspicions information . So I hope that it is real Goophone i5 N2 ...
When I finished update firmware I saw in SP Flash tool that it's show some device info , so I'll add tomorrow another screen from this app.And try to verify if it's original goophone i5 N2 .
But this info about at least 60% of batter is important! Because it was charged about 50 % when I run update!
But process of flashing finished without any errors and in the end I saw Green circle , SO I was thinking that It's was finished successfully .....
Important question is . What should be done after updating new Firmware ?
I just tried to Start up the mobile .Should I do anything else ?
well if you get the green circle then its most probably that your out of battery......leave the phone charging for some hours... flash it and when your doen unplug it from the computer and just start it and wait cause the first boot up usually takes time,.....maybe up to 2-10 min depending on what rom u flashed......if you dont have enough battery to complete first boot you might run in to problems.....and if you wanna test your hardware you press the volume + and power and you get in to the factory hardware test menu just if u wanna make sure that ur phone is ok

There is no support for chinese devices anywhere.
The tutorials are made only for the original device.
Did you back up the stock rom in the first place?
This problem would have been solved if you had a backup of your stock rom.
Now you have no other go than to contact the manufacturer for getting the phone fixed.
Trying other roms will not help you in restoring.

try this >
- install ABD Drivers MTK65xx on your pc
- install SP Flash Tools
- download a custom ROM from needrom BUT only for your model N9000, other ROM will be useless
now extract the new ROM and let the window open after extraction
- open SP Flash Tools and load the scatter img file ( is in the extracted folder, navigate to that folder and load the scatter text img file )
- turn your phone off, wait until it vibrates to be sure is off
- press Download button on SP Flash Tools and after 1 sec connect your phone to PC
you'll the Flashing process Start, wait until is finish, it may take more than 10 min in some cases... you'll see a green circle after the process is done
- disconnect your phone and Power On, Voilaa

you need to install proper driver in order for the PC to recognize the phone, ussualy the Preloader USB VCOM Driver does the job, sometime it takes much more effort, and ADB Drivers need to be installed...
- Proper way to install Preloader USB VCOM Driver -
Connect your phone to PC and wait for the New hardware Found wizzard to appear
Choose i will install the driver by myself, then navigate to the folder location were you have the .ini driver file...
- If the method above dont work, then connect your phone to PC, wait for the New hardware found to appear...
Then right click on My PC and go to the Device Manager
Here you should have a yellow Mark and a phone name or something like this
Right click and choose update driver
Now choose the folder where you have extract the .ini driver file ....
Restart your PC
Open SP FlashTools and be sure that u have the proper ROM for your Phone, otherwise you´ll face DRAM FAIL Error
try this ROM that the guy posted above...

Thanks, i tried your guide, but with that ROM finaly appear 100% in red color, probably because this phone have MTK6582 and not 6572.
If i use a rom for 6582 at the end of process i can see the DRAM FAIL error
I use this link from XDA for that ROMs:

ok, it seems that the problems are not the driver, sience you manage to get the phone recognized by pc... the problem seems to be SP Flash Tool...
my advice would be : reinstall again the windows, install again the USB Preloader VCOM Driver ( the correct way ) and install latest version of SP Flash Tool....
Then try to install again one of the 3 ROM´s that i give you... maybe you have luck buddy, i dont know...
is the only way you could get back your phone.... as you know, these phones are clones and is very hard to find compatible ROM´s and replacements parts....
I was having the ghost touches on my SM-N900 Note 3 Clone and the only solution was to change the digitizer, but : i can´t change it, sience i dont find anywhere Note 3 Clone digitizer replacements... only solution was to put the phone in a box and dont use it... ((

I tried this tools : SP_Flash_Tool_v5.1352.01
and this : SP Flash Tool v3.1332.0.187
and the tools inside the ROM folder, but nothing. :crying:
Could you link me please the USB Preloader VCOM Driver ( for win7 64bit ), i guess the problem is that i used the bad one

Vodafone Smart tab 3 10 (aka Lenovo S6000H) and the "Please press button to set ..."

Vodafone Smart tab 3 10 (aka Lenovo S6000H) and the "Please press button to set ..."
I have got a Vodafone Smart tab 3 10 (the one with the 10 inch display). It should be the same as Lenovo S6000H (as the Vodafone Smart Tab 3 7 is the same as Lenovo A3000H). It has 1gb ram and 16gb memory.
I received it quite bricked; I mean, when it was gave me (so before any action done by me) I turned it ON and it showed the Android logo and then it rebooted continuosly (loop). The person who gave it to me told me he tried to restore default configuration (the tablet was ok) with low battery. So low that during the restore action it switched OFF... bricked. Honestly, I don't know if this is true or of he tried to flash a rom (maybe a wrong rom).
Anyway, I flashed a standard Lenovo rom: now it doesn't show anymore the Android logo but the Lenovo label and it doesn't reboot anymore (till here is ok)... The fact it's that after showing the Lenovo label it shows the message "Please press button to set the Country Code" and I can't do anything (because even if I press on the display I haven't any result). I can only switch it OFF holding the power button.
I tried every stamdard rom placed here
http://lenovo-forums.ru/forum/182-lenovo-ideatab-s6000-официальные-прошивки/
but without amy success: same results.
- Any suggestion?
- And if i flash also the fac.img can I have something different (all rom I have flashed haven't the fac.img checked)?
- In recovery mode I can't do anything die to the fact there isn't any item that can be selected
Attached logs extracted during the latest flash
Many thanks
Hi, any help on this?
Hello my friend! I've been out of the MTK world a bit, but my daughter's A1000 is giving me fits, so I may be back! It too has a battery problem. It will not charge after the battery drains to a certain amount. Lenovo has a software patch -- but this POS A1000 won't go into programming mode most of the time. (I've also gone to Win7 from XP for flashing, it seems I knew how to work with the MTK drivers better in XP)

I think I might be able to help. I suspect the difference between the Lenovo and the Vodafone is the partitioning. What I've found is my old Vodafone Tab 2 (and some other A2107A variants) has a FAC partition and others don't. This is the partition that has the code to select a Country Code. So you have one more partition on some OEM versions, and that partition is in the middle so it shifts down others. This causing your Country Code Selection to never get written properly, and loop.
So... the only way I was able to flash in those situations -- do a FORMAT in SPFT with a scatter that matched the new ROM. The FORMAT will re-apply the scatter partitioning to the device. I also had to re-write the bootloader code which I think is just a checkbox in the FORMAT screen to format WHOLE.
Caution -- Flashing a A2107A-H generic to a A2107A-F, I was able to use the FM Radio... which Lenovo claimed the -F didn't have. But... The -F with the -H firmware was VERY jittery. Just a word of caution about mixing ROMs with different devices.
I can look deeper into this if needed over the weekend.

Many thanks friends!
To be clear, I'm trying to flash the standard rom only because I can't find any rom related to Vodafone Smart Tab 3 10.
For me having the Vodafone rom or the standard one is the same.
Question:
1) Example, I have the standard rom related to Vodafone Smart Tab 3 7 (it should be the little brother of the 10 inch) that I've dumped when I had it... can I flash it to the 10 inch...?
2) In all tests I've done using SPFlashTool I have used the DOWNLOAD option (not the "firmware->upgrade" OR the "format" function), without checking the "DA DL ALL WITH CHECK" and without checking the FAC.img (infact when I load the scatter file provided with the rom this .img isn't checked)
I apreciate your help if you can give a look
Many thanks

(I've also gone to Win7 from XP for flashing, it seems I knew how to work with the MTK drivers better in XP)

You are going to have bad luck trying to use a ROM even for a slightly different model.
To add or remove or resize a partition (or you might call it a block) in the flash, you have to use the Format function. This is scary for sure though.
Side note:
Many people have broken their tablets and phones trying to resize partitions with tools, because the tool fixes exactly one model/variant. So if you use some slightly different model, it goes and tweaks things incorrectly.
