I´m trying to figure out how to change the sound on the 4.3 stock "ripple"-effect. I wanna have the effect but I just hate the sound.
Using Wanamlite 4.3, is there any way to get the lighteffect instead? It was removed on the final build

why you guys don't flash a custom rom?
Is much easier to change themes etc.
The requested theme is partly a metamorph
so difficult to port to stock rom i think

i use my phone for work and a lot, tested all gingerbread and froyo roms always having a problem (freezing phone, retarting sometimes) so i get back to stock rom and i'm on it for a while now and have no problem at all.

I'm on rooted stock I9100 ICS 4.0.4 LPW.
Can someone direct me or send me a modified phone.apk and contacts.apk with:
1. Non increasing ring tone.
2. Call recording.
3. Noise reduction off.
4. Bigger caller contact picture.
5. Unlimited joined contacts.
Also, is there a way to enable CRT off animation?
Please help.
I wouldn't mind changing to custom ROM, however, most of them are buggy or battery draining and I find myself getting back to stock ROM but missing a few simple customization.

Use the ICS version of this ROM (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1569686) the thread and dev are amazing and its stable its just stock with some wonderful additions

Would anyone suggest of a way to bring back the modern sounding female voice which we had on JB 4.1.2 while keeping the same updated apk came with JB 4.3?
I have tried changing language to UK and US both with no luck. any thoughts would be appreciated.

Kinda sad that now and days with the new version of android out, they have been non - compatible with Viper4Android, Nooxizide, i.e. I'm currently on the newest version of Liquid Smooth with Wrongturn Kernel. Am i doing something wrong on installation or am i S.O.L. trying to get good sound on ASOP?
