LiquidSmooth Build Test - Sony Xperia Z Ultra

I am looking for a tester to see if the basics work on a LiquidSmooth build, i do not own this phone. It should work fine.
Flash any 4.4 gapps
Download Link: Here
Once it is confirmed to have basic functionally i will make a thread in orig dev.
So the sooner it can be tested the better.
edit: It boots making post

[Q] gps not working on cyanaosp 2.7.0?

hi
i have this rom : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2462906
ver 2.7.0
with fluid kernel
gps is not working...is there something i can do to make it work?
also, what is DS?
Hey, I can't say that I've had any GPS problems since I don't even use that function, but I believe at one point sada23 had a gps fix for 4.4.2 roms available. You can private message him and see if he still has it. If that doesn't work/he doesn't contact you, I would suggest flashing a different kernel and seeing if it works.

No prob. You could also try copying the gps files from the /system/etc directory on his CM11 build into the CyanAOSP build with the same format. Might work if you want a quicker fix.
Also, remember to make a nandroid and wipe before flashing. A reflash would also do you some good if you are still having issues. I've actually built a working version of Dirty Unicorns 5.0 for the Vibrant, but I can't post it because I don't have the post requirements yet. From my test builds, it flies!

Don't know, I haven't been able to test it. You can flash it right now. It's Dirty Unicorns v5.0 in the dev forums. See if it works any better.

[rom] [ktu84m] [4.4.3] aosp 2014.06.11

No fancy bells or whistles here. Just pure AOSP except for binaries added and also modified to prevent installation of stock recovery overwriting your current recovery. Rotation,Wifi, 3G/LTE, GSM, phone calls, everything works great. Let me know if you come across any issues. I will update this every few days. Build times aren't too bad, it only took me around 2 hours so I can't really complain.

Yes, it takes forever for GPS to lock on. A fix for this would make this ROM a daily driver.

No issues. Install went smooth, and all seems working with the 6-10 build.
I'm not really seeing any major difference between 4.4.2 and 4.4.3; I'm guessing most of it is "under the hood" (security and bugs).
Launcher3 gave me some initial fits, but it did under 4.4.2 as well. It works OK, but Google certainly isn't prioritizing it. Is Trebuchet any better?
Thank you for all of your hard work on this. And please keep it pure AOSP, with only bug and security fixes!
Yo quack, any chance you could post the md5's with your builds. I have a weird thing about not wanting to flash anything without checking first.
Anyway thanks for this. I'm one of those sprint guys, I'm gonna be flashing and getting back to you on that.

TBH, im not sure if im the only one that has this issue with all 4.4.4 roms but with all 4.4.4 roms I had wake issues where every time I press the power button, it had a delay issue, I literally had to keep pressing the power button for it to wake up. The 5.0 build seems to fix the issue.
Just wanted to put it out there lol.

Well kitkat roms definitely had wake issues with this device for sure so you're one in a million.. Lol It has been fixed in 5.0 for now and the biggest thing we fought was sleeping issues. The device always wanted to reboot every time you turned off the screen or when it timed out. I'm hoping those days stay behind us from now moving forward. So how's the camera now & did you dirty flash it? I'm gonna try the gapps you pointed out since I still don't have the playstore.
I had the Playstore in the last build using Banks minimal. I was able to d/l TiBu and restore my apps.

Yeah hope it doesnt do that again, it was a pain lol. Camera works fine , im having screen flickering issues. -_- . I hope theres a something on Xposed framework that can fix this issue. Dont wanna keep going to developers option and enabling hw overlays. Yeah its weird, you have to flash a "certain" gapps, a xda member pointed out this issue on the slimLP forum. im seeing a lot people with other devices are having issues with the gapps also. You should download the gapps and upload it to your AFH.
mobile data not working
Great work. It has not been easy for you to come this far. Thanks a million times! Everything works fine except mobile data. Please try and fix this and it will be my daily driver.

There could be reasons why devs don't post their work for general public release in device forums.
Also if we are going to credit the rom then the original author @deadman96385 should be recognized.

Well I went ahead and tried this build anyways and it boots fine. Video and audio is working. It's a bit sluggish at times but I think that could be solved with A little work on the kernel. As long as I didn't over do it with the apps installed it ran very nicely though. I really hope that the original dev (who is a genius in my mind) keeps working on this port. I would be more than willing to do the testing and am used to logcats. Just let me know. And thank you for sharing.
i tried this the other day and i like it. but there are a couple of bugs that i found. when installing Gapps Google Music stops working on boot which i removed because i don't use it anyway. And no cameras work on it at all. all apps fail to load camera. other than that i like it. i hope someone works on this more or makes newer roms for this device.

I will be keeping my fingers crossed too. This is a good tablet. I picked up the Tab 3 t110 last year around Christmas and it too has almost no development. At least this tab has a ported CM based rom to tinker with. A good stock rooted rom would be nice too. I will be watching this thread to see if it goes anywhere.

Currently running Evervolv on my t350. Over joyed to have found a Rom and development on this device, I had lost hope for it. Thanks to everyone especially the dev.
I finally got this ROM to run very smoothly and everything is working as it should. Camera, videos, audio and Bluetooth all working. About the only thing that isn't that great is battery consumption but I think as the rom settles in it may get better. I hope that the original dev decides to officially support the t350 with his build of Evervolve. So far so good. Even the theme engine worked flawlessly.

They worked without moding anything. But it wasn't an easy install... Lol.. I would add an app or two and let it go for a while. Doing it that way it worked great. The only issue was the battery usage. It wasn't good at all but if we had a kernel that would allow for tweaking, I think it could be tamed. Its a good start to having a ROM other than TouchWiz. : )
Please help me
I installed this custom rom and there is no google play services or nothing. just audio fx, calculator, chromium, clock. contacts, documents, downloads, email, gallery, music, settings and themes. No google anything. Please link me or tell me how to find the google play services version that i need, will be much appreciated thanks in advance

Will you report here? if so, consider this a subscription!
Used PA a few times in the past and it has always been one of the smoothest and best running roms for me, so i'm very interested!

The real problem about it is the updates... will it be supported continuously or just 1 month. Considering PA's track records I doubt they will be able to sustain it for long. But I still have my fingers crossed.. Can you please do me a favor and install the HDLR camera zip found in the themes and apps forum in n6p and check if it works? if it does I will be flashing PA right away.
Also @seangeezy122 please do check the kernel and grab a couple of screenies
Thx for the info & links, downloading
Just one question : are gapps included? or should I flash theme?

@chadouming cant wait till you get your hands on their source!
I'm kinda sad. I've downloaded the rom twice now, and I've been clean flashing it, but my Nexus 6P boots up and then shortly freezes at the setup screen and reboots. It does this continuously. I'm using the latest BeansGapps, if that helps.
EDIT: I flashed just the ROM without Gapps and it works. Maybe my BeansGapps are corrupt and need to be re-downloaded. I'll give it a try.
EDIT 2: Okay, this ROM doesn't like BeansGapps. It restarted once, but it's chugging along the setup process just fine now.
it is encrypted or not?

No issues with BeansGapps, worked fine from the get go.
So far so good, no issues at least. Will play around for the rest of the day and see how real world usage goes.

did you use the full or mini gapps package
Flashed the rom with openGapps stock package, working fine for the moment. Looks promising but lacks extra features that other roms such as pure and RR have like hold power for flashlight and down right clear all button.
The MD5 hash for the rom file is CE696A1C396864B23F40A37CF9A4C5D6 if anyone is wondering.

Ever since MM PA isnt really about the features but more on the smooth side of the UI and a small handpicked own festures. Thats why before on MM I used some xposed modules to incorporate those small features I miss. Though this lack of features shouldn't be a bother to minimalists like me.
Which gapps beans or banks or open?
And which versions for vendor n2g470?
And where's the official page... Google+?
