Hi
I have a allwinner A10 tablet, that us a "personality" problem!
primux.es/producto.aspx?id=194
When I'm using the tablet it freezes or reboots after some time of use.
I tried to install other ROMs (Eken, Woxter, MOMO11, Bmorn 99) and the problem is always the same. With all the ROMs, when I make a couple of movementes (left or right, up or down), the that freezes or makes a reset for itself.
Anyone us an idea, of what coul it be? Software problem or hardware problem?
Could it be the accelerometer? Can I replace or repair it? I've recalibrated using the menu.
Can I complete disable the accelerometer , for test?
Should I throw it in the garbage?...
Thank you very much.

I post this question on few ROM threads, and hoped, that with new ROM version it will dissappear. But, neither with PROven 3.2 neiter with ROMeOS 1.95.3, it still persist.
Sometimes - many times a day - hardware button get mixed. For example "phone up" turns into left, od stop working etc.
It is ROM independent and I'm affraid, it is hardware problem to the servise...
Has anyone similar problem?
No one has similar problem, so it is probably hardware problem. So it needs TP to send to service...
Hi everyone.
I got some trouble with my Samsung Galaxy S II.
The home button (the physical one just under the screen) sometimes work and sometimes doesn't want to work anymore.
I'm trying to understand why it works or doesn't.
I'm going to try to reset the firmware and put the original kernel back.
If someone got some advices,
Thanks.
Update : Still doing the trick, Back to original fw and kernel changed nothing.
How can a that expensive phone have a button that sometimes works, sometimes doesn't ?
It is an hardware problem i guess ...
Noone faced the same problem ?

Hello,
It happens too with my old ROM (B0.4.8), but didn't find the origin of the problem.
Sometimes it happens with my new ROM (CM9 Beta4) but only when I charge it (when by USB), as soon as I disconnect the cable, the phone is functionnal...
yeah but its not a problem with the room because i didn't do anything for the Os on it .. it just start like this sometimes it respond other times no .. if it work you have to made a selection many time or restart the phone
I experience it too. As I remembered after installing HomICS Venus this problem occur. I do not know whether its ROM related or not. I tried to flash another ROM ex. BlaYO ROM and CRQ 1.3 but the problems still persist.
I had this problem too - sent it to HTC and they exchanged my Legend for a new one ----- as I heared it is a common problem and has to do with the grounding of the touchscreen -> that is why it works sometimes and sometimes it doesnt
Sorry to say that I too suffer from this problem. Also, the part of my screen, where the power widget on the notification bar is resting, is completely unresponsive. I need to use the trackball to hit those buttons. And also, sometimes the screen can just go bananas and go into spasmic movements on its own. In my frustration once I hit the screen really hard with my knuckles and that temporarily fixed the spasmic movements. But it still reoccurs. I assume I would need my warranty to replace my phone, but my warranty has already ran out.
I can also confirm that it has NOTHING to do with your ROM. It started for me when I was running CyanogenMod 7.1, but I still have the same problems on stock ROM, HomICS, Miui, basically any ROM.
Hi guys,
I have been having a very strange color banding problem with my GTab10.1 for a while now (images attached).
Here is what happened so far:
- I flashed a custom ROM after buying my GTab (ROM --> Task650) - the ROM was great and the GTab worked flawlessly.
- After the screen started to have a 'flickering / scrolling' problem (similar to this Youtube video).
- At that time, I thought it was a software problem, so I flashed a couple of ROMs (custom and stock) and another kernel (I don't remember which one was it). The problem was not solved ... I also accidentally deleted the system backup that I made before flashing my first custom ROM!!!
- After googling for a while, someone suggested that it could be because of loose connections or something. So, I opened the tablet and found the problem -> a defective LCD flat cable!
- I ordered a new LCD cable and replaced the defective one.
- The 'flickering/scrolling' screen problem disappeared... but instead, I had the 'color banding' problem!! The color banding appears from the moment I turn on my GTab (even with boot animation).
- I did a lot of search, but with no avail. I tried to flash several other ROMs, stock and custom, but none fixed my new problem!
Could this be a bad kernel / screen driver / etc? is there a way to fix this?
Any help is much appreciated
over 90 views, but no replies... So, should I assume this problem is unsolvable, at least on the software level!?

I can't see the effect you're talking about from viewing the linked screen shots - that's probably why nobody has been able to help.
It does sound like a hardware problem, though.
ciao all,
I've an annoying issue on my THL W100...simply it doesn't vibre!
I've checked all the settings of course, changed some roms (official and ro.edi), downloaded some test apps, nothing.
I've disassembled it, but i can't find the vibre engine, maybe is missing?
Anyone has disassembled it?
Hello, did you make it work? Because today came to me THL W100 and vibra doesnt work at all too!
May be a hardware problem.
I think that too, but maybe user Timewolf solved this problem... If not then I think I need to send it back to seller.
