Install instructions:
Be sure you unlocked your bootloader
first time only
1- power off the phone:
2- hold vol+ and plug usb to boot into fastboot (blue led)
3- fastboot flash boot boot.img (from liquid zip)
4- fastboot reboot
5- enter recovery, on boot press volume up 2 times
6-Wipe /System , and Do Factory Rest
7- flash rom (link in post #1 ) zip
8- flash gapps (link in post #1 ) zip
9- reboot
10-enjoy
Note : steps 2 and 3 and 4 are only if you are come from jb

Flashed the boot.img from inside the zip with fastboot and gave a weird bootloop
Screen tuned on and off once every 3 seconds, and would turn on again immediately after pressing reset button on back.
I managed to get back into fastboot by timing the volume press and usb connect with the on/off sequence lol
Flashed the cm boot.img and i'm back to my cm11.
Any ideas? Not tried AOSP yet

Yes. The boot image didn't work for me. Tried it in flash tools and via Cwm.

tried very hard to make this rom work but no way , I flashed fxp 306 boot img then tried with naya kernel , it passed the beautiful boot animation but after that force closes every where , also tried with ( op gapps , banks gapps , pa minimal and cm kk gapps ) so this beta build is not working for me .

To be honest i am new to the Xperia Family, so it may be a little rocky. But can you flash a separate kernel and it boots?

With nayakkernel the phone boot, but the rom doesn't start. NFC and phone has stopped. Can you fix this?

I have uploaded a new build 2/22/14, for the time being you will need to flash a different kernel @dotzi75 says nayakkernel works fine, I have fixed the NFC and Phone fc at boot (hopefully).

m loving this rom. its super smooth. But there are some bugs like NFC not working Bluetooth cant be turn on and thethering is not working if we keep password, but if no password then it works... Hope this bugs will be fix in the next build

For me all works fine. The rom is very fast and smooth. I don't see any bug in this rom. Fast charge works great with nayak kernel, the phone is not hot while charging like in other roms. I think this is the rom i use everyday. Great work!!!
