Are your versions of the Razr MAXX - GSM or CDMA? My father has the Razr MAXX GSM and I have the vanilla GSM Razr, so I updated his MAXX and my Razr with the same leaked stock ICS and both worked fine. I have been told that the MAXX has the same internals as the Razr, the only difference is the larger capacity battery.
Looking at the CFW - its for a GSM Razr and/or Razr MAXX:
2b78da6813375efdb36e74b92fcf4496 miuiandroid_umts_spyder-2.7.20.zip (Motorola RAZR XT910)
So I guess if you have the GSM MAXX then it should be fine. (BTW I take no responsibility if it screws up though).

Hey guys I just ordered Razr i. This will be my first Motorola phone is about 8 years.
Have I made a good choice? Also this there any good roms or mods I can use?
Not sure about the RAZR I but I have the og razr xt912 with safestrap 3.11 installed,my favorite ROM is eclipse, also look into the droid razr utility, it has saved me many times, just do your homework, and happy flashing!
