The galaxy S5 has just been presented and I am wondering how long it will take to get a safe strap rom based off of it to become possible on the s4. Is this possible?
We can't even get our own 4.4.2 from s4 I say never. Plus that ones bases on new hardware and sensors

Took hash code several months to get SS working for s4...The s5 will be more locked down. Just saying don't hold your breath....

I used to but now I use my laptop for most of my downloads then transfer them to my sd.

While I was on sprint I used 300 gigs in a month... Max speed of 10mbit vs my Verizon I avg 30mbit down but, no unlimited data

My torrent app spikes data speeds and for some reason when my screen is off my data speeds are a lot higher.

I wouldn't have any problems if they skip 4.2.x in favor of 4.3.x at all.
Nope not a problem at all. I'm pretty sure the Note 2 will get at least one more good update and that's probably all it will see. But if it doesn't get 4.2, does that mean there won't even be any builds to work off of?

We will get at minimum one big update. 4.1.2 wasn't that big. We will get a solid ota. Just be patient. I'm in no rush. Our current software is very solid. Tw is perfect and aosp is improving every day. We're in very good shape.

Biggest thing I miss from 4.2.2 (aosp builds anyway) are the lockscreen widgets that work seamlessly with pin/pattern lock security.

Interesting, I've never had that happen to me on my Nexus 10. Does it matter what widget updates?

Either way, the Note 2 will receive an update...I'm just really wanting to see 4.2 and TW running together. I like the look of the s4. I had an s4 theme not to long ago and it looked nice.....probably the main thing I'm wanting is all the options in the camera settings like the s4. Like drama shot and so forth....I heard that was all hardware stuff (or maybe it was software) tho and none of that could be ported over....I don't know for sure

Doesn't work on custom ROMS from my experience. Doesn't pass the requirement checks. Every time it loads up it checks your software version. And I don't believe mean bean is in their system. And this is wrong section for this question. There is a Q&A section. For future reference

Pardon my ignorance. What is the difference in the VzW version of NFL Mobile and whatever version there is?
The Verizon version and the NFL app itself have been combined into one it seems. Verizon subscribers can pay 5 bucks a month for live games etc. I still think its Verizon exclusive tho

I didn't see any difference between this "new" Tapatalk 4 and Tapatalk 4 Beta, looks and feels the same, while the beta is "free".
Noticed Tapatalk 4 Beta is no longer on store. Still installed but would be a issue upon device restore if I had to do a clean wipe. Bought it for $1 while its cheap so don't have to deal with it later.

That's just going to cause a lot of headaches. If you're looking for roms, we can flash all of the G900F roms (the international S5) without problems.

Make SURE that it says "G900F" in the title (or in the thread). If it says G900H and you flash it, you will not be happy.
