Hi, if it doesn't appear in the Themer Wallpaper folder in your gallery, look in /sdcard/MyColorScreen/Themer/prefs

another one for me...
Flashes, but only takes a split second to do so. Once I reboot, nothing is changed.
Edit: re-downloaded and all is good

Probably a bad download. Thanks for letting me know it works.
No problem!
This is a great theme. I would like to give MrDSL a big thanks as he does not even have a MT4G to test this theme on. Oh and there is much more skinned than shows in the screen shots. Many of the apps like gmail, and market etc have also been reskinned. The market is a beautiful transparent with a touch of blue.
I will try to get some screen shots of this up today.

I think you have to get that wallpaper separately. I'm not where I can upload it right now. Maybe MrDSL can upload it.
It should have done the wallpaper with the theme but maybe its handled different on MY4G..You can get it here
How would I go about getting JUST the cool status bar? Really digging the battery speedometer. =0)
MrDSL for some reason the Wallpaper is not working. I did see your wallpaper in the framework-re.apk/drawable-hdpi but for some reason it is not installed or even available through the wallpapers function in settings.
MrDSL I have noticed a couple more minor things. The Google Search widget is completely transparent, not sure if this is by design? There are just 2 symbols on either side, the microphone and Google icon on the other, nothing in the middle but the text search. Also in the widget selection menu after selecting google search widget, the list of options or type of search widget, the icon for web is missing.
When you open up the search in the browser the microphone on the right side can't be seen as it is white in color and so it blends in with the search frame.
I hope this makes sense and I will later put up some screen shots for you.
great work!
This is the real deal right here, love the color scheme with great detail!!
Great job!!
Ok MrDSL here are some Screen Shots of some of the possible minor issues. I will post some more screen shots in another thread also, don't want to be too confusing.
Great job. I really like it.

Yeah the Google widget is transparent by design although that blue Google icon on the right isn't suppose to be there..I missed a image edit there..attached is how it should look..I will fix it later..its a market app so if you want just delete it and install it from market.
Personal preference I guess cause I like it transparent on my home screen and I know the icons are there

I'm not sure if you can do it from the stock home screen, but if you use a home replacement like Launcher Pro you can long press the icons and it will give you the option for a custom icon. If you google png (insert whatever your looking for) icon pictures it will give you lots of options. Once you have one you like click on it and save as (whatever). Than put it on your sd card and your good to go. Those pictures should go into your gallery.

also, if you have not discovered it by now, with launcher pro you can pretty much add any picture you put in your gallery, like a jpg, and make it your icon. really cool if you you want to make face shots of people your icons, lol!
Hi,
Does anyone know how to get a wallpaper say from your gallery to stretch across all screens in your homescreen? I can only get that if use the default wallpapers.
Download Wallpaper Setter from the market. Then long press on your home screen and choose Wallpaper (No Crop).

Thanks for the app. So I downloaded the app, long press and chose wallpaper no crop..picked my pictures in my gallery..it shows success at the bottom...BUT the wallpaper is of the default..it seems the only way I can get my personal picture to appear and fit is if I go to gallery...pick the pic...then take a screenshot of it...then go back to wallpaper no crop and choose it..then it will work...
Is this how it's normally done?

??? You need 1440 X 1280 Wallpaper images. All you have to do is click on the picture you want as wallpaper and it sets it for you. Nothing more, nothing less.
What photos are you trying to use for wallpapers exactly??

ok, i see now.. it was just pics I took with the cam (macro shots)..but if I download any wallpaper off the net, it works no prob..so I guess it was just that the size of the camera pic was too small or something..
Or just get the gallery.Apk from cm9 ( or ics galley from the play store) its what I use and it works just fine
Hope I helped

What I'm talking about is a widget that is stationary in one position on the screen no matter where you scroll on your homescreens. I know these already exist in some themes in themer but I do not know how to create a custom one. Can anyone help out? Or is this impossible? Thanks.

Which themes are referring to? It might just be an optical illusion This feature is on our to-do list though...

Hi made when I make my wallpapers for my themes I add the icons for the dock apps then using ether the everything widget or themer zooper for hotspots.
To do this add a shape over the top of a icon and set to the same size as the icon and make the shape transparent and add the matching hotspot
All the best

Sent from my RAZR I screen to your screen using a strange thing known as the world wide web
I think he means where the scroll bar at the bottom remains static, here's how to do it
go to browse themes and select settings
in settings click advanced, then click dock
in these settings select show dock
go back to your home screen and drag the icons you want to stay to the dock area and there you have it
your icons now appear to remain
hope this helps
Thanks for the tips guys. going into more detail I was actually going to slightly edit an existing theme and add stationary text near the top of the screen. I think for that dj's method works so thanks for that.
I have never seen those widgets but I want to use them. Can you give me a link to it?
Does anyone know how to add a screenshot/thumbnail preview to custom themes? It just shows a blank screen in the theme preview.
Dont know how screenshots work but for a thumbnail just make a screenshot of your theme, name it exactly like your theme file and place it in the themer thumbnail-folder.

Hi,
Take a screenshot of the homescreen, then paste it into the /sdcard/MyColorScreen/Themer/Exported/thumbs folder, making sure to rename it as the exact same name as the name of your theme. Hope this helps!
Thanks, I got it to show the thumbnail preview, but when you when tap on it to apply the theme the screen is blank again. It's not a big deal though..

We are trying to implement an auto-thumbnail preview, which should arrive in the future.
