Is there somewhere any mod for wake-up volume buttons or knock-knock for lenovo phones?
Maybe this funcion is in any custom rom?
I'm thinking about stock(vibe) or google launcher.
Finding something in Russian or Chinese is dificult

You can try some Xposed modules.But I don't know which one will work though.
Or you wanna something like this?

Stock Vibe + Rooted. Basically Chinese based roms has all those features which ROW version doesn't have.

I've been searching but couldn't find the answer of my question.
Is there a app or other way to lock certain tiles of the home screen to disable pressing actions on these tiles? I just want to be able to press my widgets and icons, not the free space.

Tswipe can't use with HW/KB But Xperia S May use a Stock Keyboard software with HW/KB
I don't know why, I can't change language with HW/KB by othe KB app
(Tswipe can set 'Change Language' Key on HW/KB)
How Can I Fix it?

That's a framework thing. I was working on something to remedy that for AOKP, but got a bit distracted so it's all ideas now.

It won't. The stock keyboard uses some really ugly hacks to make it work, most other keyboards don't.

I saw somewhere that in 2.3 OTG Keyboards only work in English.
That on ICS other languages will be supported.
If this is true I don't know... but might the the reason for your problem.

It depends on the Android version bro.. if you use a JB rom you'd have 5 buttons and if its ICS you are only limited to 3

I can't find the clear all apps in recents option. I'm sure I saw it there before. Anybody know?
You have to go all the way to the end. Like to the first app that was opened then you will see the option to clear all the apps.. Annoying I know

You have to be on the stock launcher to see it. As of now no 3rd party launcher supports it.
