2. Flash boot.img(inside the zipped rom) through fastboot .via flashtool
3. Go into CWM and perform clean wipes
4. Flash ROM, flash then gapps
5. Reboot and enjoy

It's kinda buggy :-s
Settings button from status bar not working,can't play video from gallery,brightness from status bar working only after a few seconds,usb mass storage not working ... and video recording is 480,not 720

Installed. Working very good.
1.With given GAPPS contacts and calendar sync was not available. So I installed Another CM 10 GASPPS now I have both the sync.
2. Fm is not working properly. I am not getting any channel.
