This feature has to be added to a kernel, not to a specific ROM I'm afraid. And I don't think that it will be that easy.
Yeah.. It have to be done with the framework and all.. Hope its possible

HTC had removed swipe from jelly bean
To you use 3rd party softwares you have enable them in setting>keyboard

You'll have to download the rumrunner specifically for HTC Desire X. Revone won't work for our phone. Also make sure that adb connection works after each reboot (disable lockscreens and security options).
