Nope. I believe he might be a lying sonofabitch A google search of 11.3.A.0.681 shows me that this thread is the only (Android related) place on the internet that mentions 11.3.A.0.681. He has either a "brown" device (dev device) and he received a beta update, or he's lying.

They haven't even registered anything past 136 so definitely fake.

I don't believe it - pretty much each part of that firmware name seems to be 'older' than .136.
11.3 is older than 14.2 - and A.0 is older than A.1 - the only thing later is .681 - but considering the first two are older, the last part is irrelevant.
Had it been 14.2.A.1.681 - maybe we'd be talking.
However, 14.2.A.1.142 is an interesting prospect.

I think 14.2.A.1.142 (I think I swa talk of another 14x as well) will just be a bug fix if it gets released. 4.4 is rumored to be 14.3.A.x.xxx
