I have a T-mobile prism II (yes I know, not the best phone in the world) and I have the most recent version of the Google search app and I have downloaded the Google launcher, but every time I attempt to use the Google experience launcher, I get an error message saying "Unfortunately, Google Search has stopped." I have tried everything I have seen about this error in the forums and all over the web and none of the solutions worked for me. Please help in any way you can, thank you..
Clear the data by going to setting>apps>manage application>google search>clear data

Hello,
My problem is identical to the one show here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1377514
Basically, when you go to "My Apps" in google play, it just says "Applications and Games owned by this account will appear here."
I am unable to download previously purchased apps.
I have tried ALL the solutions on that thread to no avail.
It happened after I upgraded my Rom to a newer version (hydrogenics 23/03 to 25/03) but I doubt it is ROM related, since flashing back to the backup of my 23/03 rom does not resolve the problem.
My Google Play app is on the latest version (3.5.15) which is supposed to solve this issue.
I am really desperate and at a loss. Anyone can help?
I would be super super grateful for any form of help.
No one can help?

It happens a lot, you just go to main menu/config/application, here, search for the google play store app, inside the menu you have to erase data and cache.
Restart the phone and open play google, it will ask for your data again, sync it with your google account and voila! all ready

thnx for suggestion guys, this worked for me:
Go to your phone’s app launcher, and press the Talk app.
If you’re already signed into Talk, press Menu, and then touch Sign out.
Launch Talk again to sign in.

Thanks sun90 for your reply. My problem seem to be solved. Actually I have installed Droidwall and other Google services were blocked. When I allowed other Google services, it started loading videos. Many people are having this problem. Perhaps the reason might be the same.

OK I got this 7 mid Google Android 4.0 multi touch capacitive tablet PC (sorry for the super long name lol)
Now everything works fine ...the only real issue I have is whenever I go to Google play and try to download anything I would get this error and the only way I could get past it is to remove my account and sign in again.
Is there a way to fix this so that the error don't continuously show up??
Thanks

Try clearing data for Google Services Framework, then restart. If that doesn't work, I think you just have to wait for Google to fix it (it seems to be a problem on their end).

Thanks, that fixed the problem! now if there was a custom cm10 rom for this thing i'd be in business lol (wishful thinking) :good::highfive:
Alright, so I'm having this problem since a few months on both of my devices (Nexus 7 and Galaxy S3). For some reason, chrome keeps on remembering entrys of my history. It doesnt matter how many times I clear the browsing data, even clearing the app data doesnt work.
Web history and predictive search are both turned off.
Is there anyone that had a similiar problem and/or knows a solution? I attached a screenshot as example.

Root your devices then download system app remover and then remove chrome and download dolphin browser

Force stop your Chrome in setting, and you can find a clear data button in that page.

Tanks, but I was hoping I could keep on using chrome as I really like it apart from this problem.

I've done that (as stated in the op) but even this has no effect. It might work for a couple of hours, but after that, entrys that were there before clearing the data, return.

Come on guys, he asked a problem about Chrome, if he wanted to just switch to another browser he would.
Clearly something is wrong.
Are you signed in with your Google account or you're using local ?

Thank you. I'm using my local account, so no web history is in play. The problem seems to be rare, I have been googling for a few weeks now but I have yet to come accross a similiar problem (on android that is).

A question out of ordinary using the same methods as a regular PC... have you tried uninstalling Chrome and installing again from the Play Store?
i would recommend re-installing from the play store as well.
I have tried that, no luck though. I'll try and report it as a bug to Google, might get a response from them aswell.
