What exactly is going on? Are you getting an error message with the play store? Is it loading at all, just won't let you install/update any apps?
Do you run stock or CM11 on your device?

Depends on what version you're running?
I have owned 3 Kindles from the plain reader to the HD. I have had my share of problems. First you want to go to the pull down screen, find apps, then Kindle Launcher click on it to bring it up, then click on Force Stop. Exit out of everything. Hold down the power button for 75 seconds (don't let up on it no matter what). After 75 seconds push the power button again to start it back up. After it is fully started, sync it once and then check your problem again. If that still doesn't work you can deregister & reregister (if you remember all the emails & passwords). Still not working? Pull down the menu screen and find "DEVICE" (click on it) if it doesn't say the model needs updating then you will have to go on your PC to amazon.com look for software updates for your model download it on your PC. After putting the update in a file connect your Kindle with a USB cord and download the file onto it. Hopefully it's already solved and you won't have to do any of this. ~Pattywack

There are many steps to follow for this error which appears on all Google services.
There are many websites for your help but this would do pretty fine

Try downloading some antivirus app from Market. Maybe it finds something.
And where can I get that wallpaper?

Its some sort of adware.Get that Dr web lite and it'll soon find the app that contains the adware.

The notification appears because you have installed an app with airpush advertisements in your phone.
Install this and do a scan on your phone: https://play.google.com/store/apps/...DEsImNvbS5icm9zbWlrZS5haXJwdXNoZGV0ZWN0b3IiXQ..
Then uninstall the aplication that came out with the result and rate developer with 1 star on google play. (this usually gets the developer to react, if alot of 1 star ratings are received)

Try "addons detector". However that's not a generic ad so it may not detect anything. You just have to go through your recent installed apps and running processes to figure out which app is the culprit.

Have you installed any apps recently right before you started getting the chinese notifications? That would probably be the culprit. I would start uninstalling recent apps and that might solve your issue

I flash different roms all the time and use titanium to restore my apps, come to think of it I only have this issue with the rom I'm using for my daily (perfect galaxy), can't imagine it's a problem with the rom but I think I'll dual boot it and monitor it for a couple of days, I'll let you know how I get on, thanks for everybody's comments

when you get the notification Spam don't remove it yet:
Settings > under system tap on {} Developer options > check USB Debugging
connect the phone using a usb to your computer
open adb shell
Code:
adb shell dumpsys notification
copy the output and save it to a text file, post it here
i'll tell you which app is spaming.
I FIXED MINE!!
the KEY: notification monitor function in addons detector
leave it on and wait a day or so till you get the notification
I used to get bunch of Chinese ads
addon detector showed me exactly which program caused it
it was a hacked version of game I have downloaded... got rid of it and the ad was gone...
thanks guys

Hi all,
I have googled, searched and even called Google themselves but I cannot start a download from my desktop browser and have it install on my phone.
Phone does nothing at all, sits there pretending I haven't asked it to do anything.
The app will appear in My Apps in the play store and I can download and install from the device directly.
I've followed the guidelines on Google website, signing out of talk etc but still no luck.
I did manage to make it work by going back to stock, then flashing SuperNexus but within four days it's broken again.
Does anyone have any ideas what may be causing this and how to resolve it?
Try using a different Google account to setup the phone then sign in on the Web

Remove the Google account from the phone, reboot and log in again.
Thanks for the tips but still no joy.
Google refuse to help because I'm rooted!
So when you open play store, it doesn't start automatically?

I sometimes have the same problem. Toggling WiFi or data off then back on seems to do the trick usually.

Nope, sits there doing nothing as if I haven't touched a thing.
The Badger, that somehow managed to sort it! I can't believe such a simple toggle can fix a problem that I've been struggling to sort for a week!
You have my sincerest thanks!!
You're welcome. Glad it helped.

Hello, anyone knows how to fix the system of a LG Double Play?
Because today I rooted it and start to delete T-Mobile junk but I must have deleted some thing that was important and now I don't have home screen, I can only acces to the shorcuts on the 2nd screen! I tried to reinstall the factory state but its stays the same, i used A + F+ Vol- + Power to do this but its no use. I tried with the LG Mobile Support Tool, it recognizes my phone but when I try to update it says that my software can't be updated, what can I do so I can do restore my phone? I'm desperated!!
Not sire but it sounds like you deleted your launcher. Send yourself a text with a website link. Open the link and download a launcher. Install it and everything should be okay now.

Basically you just need a way to access your phone browser to download the launcher. Another way is to download a launcher from the Google play website on your desktop.

Why don't you download your apps directly via play store? And is it a problem to simply reboot your phone? Anyway, as far as I know, this is the way google works, no matter which phone or which android Version you are using, you will have to reboot your phone to download the apps.

Nope, that's not the way Google works, whenever i choose something on my pc it gets automatically downloaded when i connect my phone to the internet, no issues.
Maybe you can check if you got the Play-service running in the background or not. It usually runs directly after a reboot, that's why the downloads come through, but maybe it gets killed by a taskkiller or something like that.
Google play store sometime starts showing on connection. And it also becomes alright after a day or two automatically.. I'm rooted. No host file issue, no wrong time issue. I can use Internet. Samsung Galaxy S3. Android 4.3 official firmware and rooted. It's really annoying, please help me find the solution..

I had such problems lots of times. I used many solutions and all of them worked.
1) Clear data and Cache of Play Store from Settings ====> Apps ====> Manage apps.
OR
2) Uninstall Play Store and install latest version again. (I installed it as system app)
OR
3) Reflash stock ROM with odin, then root and try again.
Most of the times 1st option worked. Use next 2 only if 1st does not work.
Press Thanks if helped.
First suggestion didn't work but second worked. Thanks mate. Cheers
