I was trying to root my Lava Iris 402 this evening with SP Flash Tool. Everything looked like was going fine but when i rebooted the phone it kept on booting. now i don't know how to fix it. i have rooted my Galaxy Y and my xolo q800 before successfully but this time i think i blew it. Please guys please help me. how do i fix it? Any help is much appreciated.
Note: I do have those files that SP flash tool created initially when i was trying to root but have no clue how to restore with them. I do not have the "scatter file" though please help

i have lava iris 502 ... i tryed root ...phone stuck on logo...
then flashed og files in og flasher
fist flashed lava iris 502_s106 version touch not working properly (revarse direction)
then flashed lava iris 502_s106 touch fix file but no use
then flashed lava iris 502_s110 file touch working ...but only front camera working ....in third party software....no camera option in menu
then i flashed lava iris 502_ s110 new hard ware varsion same as above ....
how to fix this problem....
or how to back up touch data or camera data working file and writes another one file plz help me

Try this. After switching of phone press power button and volume up simultaneously for say 5 seconds. It will boot to android recovery 3e.
Volume up button is for selection and volume down is for moving down.
By pressing volume down go to factory reset then select it with volume up. In the next page select yes.
Then reboot. It might work. If not have to wait for software.
Installing ROM with SP flash may brick your phone (as posted by another person in this forum). Try to install rom by android recovery 3e, if factory reset option fails.

If still stuck in boot logo, try 1. clearing cache then 2. factory reset in android system recovery 3e

Recovered from Bootlogo / Bootloop Lava Iris 402
Flashed the Lava Iris 402 firmware given in above post and recovered from bootloop caused by MTK Droid Tool 2.4.8 when trying to create/flash CWM through it.

The Iris 402 and the Iris 356 have almost the same hardware apart of a bigger screen with the same resolution too.
I think shouldn't be hard to manage the porting of the 402 on the 356.
Would be interesting to see the infos given by both the models about bootloader and firmware version or, better, check the recovery of both

My iris 402 is cracked. I need to reflash the firmware. Factory reset didn't work. If anyone has it please share.

That website of through ur link doesn't have the firmeare for lava iris 402 or its stock ROM.
next time don't post anything just like that.
I just don't see a unhelpful icon or I would have clicked it for u.
If that person removed the firmware what can be done ? I have downloaded firmware from that site only.
