This case is a mixture of Silicon and hard plastic, much like the Speck Candyshell cases that are around for other devices.
They really look fantastic, and they're shipping on amazon right now. They're not on the Case-Mate website so this product is still pretty dang new. I ordered mine already, so I'll update with my impressions / pictures once it gets here sometime next week.
So what do you guys think of the case? Are you guys interested in getting it?

Already have this one and same style for standard battery, but will chime in this is a nice case if you dont like your phone in your pocket. price is about right.
I have one too and I like it. Mostly for the kick stand and texture.
It's a great case/holster combo!

This case is damn good if you just want a case that looks and feels nice (take notes Spigen). You can't really feel the dots on the back, but they kinda make like a sort of grip that feels nice in the hand. Hasn't collected dust or scratches like my old Spigen case did and over all it's really nice.

Just Check if they have them at the store you get them for the same price that's how i was able to get mines, and if your lucky they also have the case mate wallet case for $10.
I think a kickstand on a clear case is ugly. I wouldn't buy it for $1.
