send Original asap my friend
did you install it manual or by zip?
cause if manual see if it's set to -rw-r-r-

Not 100% sure but like 99.2% it will work on you're NoteII as long as you're D-odexed (not you, rom I mean) and not on KitKat

I'm having the same issue, tried flashing the file but am still having the problem,any ideas? Is also have a p600

I'm also having the same problem. I'm on a de-odexed ROM, and it says that it flashes correctly (TWRP,) but when the system boots up, the bar is still non-transparent. What's going on here?

keep in mind that transp Multiwindow is dif on 4.4.2
files should work fine but will make new one's if needed.
