[Xposed] Note 2 cursor in custom roms. - Galaxy Note II Themes and Apps

My friend (who owns Note 2) when he was showing me SlimKat he said that ROM is awesome except for one thing - when he is using stylus android is using default cursor icon (which looks bad). I thought - why not create Xposed module which will replace default cursor with the cursor from stock rom. And here it is (screenshot was made on Samsung Galaxy Ace 2):

I'm pretty sure that's a pirated app. Certainly not an xposed plugin. It would help if someone can upload the plugin.
