Brother I am a themer and modderi am working on samsungs seclauncher to mod it like that of seclauncher 3 so what I need is to edit the panel width. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey Guys, I'm kinda frustated with theming. Some ROM came with black background notification. I wanted to make it transparent
Some of them can be changed from System UI xhdpi tw_quickpanel_bg.png, but in the ROM I'm using there's no such files
I want it to be like this one below, like 20% transparency
