Too many people post in Q&A looking for a working hotspot for Note 3 Stock KIT KAT,
If you're on Note 3 Stock KIT KAT, this is currently the only working HotSpot available at the moment until someone figure out the Native HotSpot patch.

If this is what I'm thinking it is its not a free software and can't be shared this way

Cool if it works, but it still requires root access. So why not use the wifi tether from google?

Josh Beach has a flashable zip for DeOdex roms on his site, available to all, and sacs rom and Josh's each include the mod, as does freeza's rom, though I believe was arrived at independently.
This adds to those options, and having this and Josh's as standalone options are excellent.
But I'm unclear if this could be rightfully described as the only option.
That stated, my genuine thanks for posting this.

Yeah, if you already have root access then why not just install the freeza's deodex here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2472664 then the hotspot mod? I just rooted my note 3 this morning, took about 3 minutes to have root access and fully working hotspot mod. I didn't even wipe data cause I live life on the edge... DANGER ZONE!
Can anyone verify the legitimacy and safety of installing this? I don't make a habit of installing random APKs without knowing the source.

All I can tell you for sure is that malware scans didn't pick up anything, nor did Knox. Beyond that the application is signed, but untested by me.

I still can't believe it's allowed. It's a paid app on the playstore.

What is your point? Don't pay for it if you don't want it. Stop complaining about it. It would be better to post something with substance instead of the same nonsesne. Knowledge is key and it seems you want to stifle it.

None of the 3 packages listed here work at all... + all of them are different sizes which is really fishy...
When trying to install they just throw the error "There was an error parsing the package".

That one should work. It's pulled directly from my phone, it's version 14 though.

No, they're not all the same size, nor do any of these MD5 checksums match.
The apk starting with "de.trier.infsec" has it's own MD5 in the filename (which I double checked), i.e. db53f4c3cc2553f35c45d52a57e4908c
droidsheep-current.apk = 9722fdd6b1da8151635b992931fbd66a
droidsheep.apk (supposedly v15) = aec222945a7c54ea909ee987b37574a1
I was unable to download the one that's supposed to be v14 as box says the user is out of bandwidth.
Edit: I'm inclined to believe the post above mine is legit...
I emailed the developer a few days ago and asked him for the hashes. He has updated the website to include hashes. Here they are:
DroidSheep_15.apk
F0A647E720A5EDDCE04D95D0E4C4E2AD
DroidSheep_14.apk
DB53F4C3CC2553F35C45D52A57E4908C
DroidSheep_13.apk
9722FDD6B1DA8151635B992931FBD66A
You can see for yourself at his download site (http://droidsheep.de/?page_id=23).
So it looks like we've got a real v13 and v14 up in this thread.
v15 is available via Aptoide at http://m.tiagojpavan.store.aptoide.....infsec.koch.droidsheep/15/610362/DroidSheep [ROOT%20REQUIRED]
this apk of version 14 has the proper md5
Been running Jelly Beans since v1 but since I just now registered I can't yet post in a development thread. I was wondering if anyone knew how to temporarily disable ad blocking for the purpose of using the Medscape app. Thanks for any help or direction.
Ad blocking is usually done via the hosts file. You could try replacing his hosts file with a stock one.

Ant idea what folder I might find those in? It's tough to spend a lot of time searching since I'm a nurse working 12 hour shifts and can't use my phone on the floor.
Are you a Murse? That's awesome. Here you go: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.adaway
Download this and apply ad blocking (I know, I know) then disable it from the same app. Idea is, replace beans host file with this one, then disable it. Not sure if this app would know beans host file. Anyways, that's what I'd do. Reboot afterwards.
Sent from my SCH-I605 using Tapatalk 2
Ehh....not sure if this will work. Try it. Default host files would probably be beans ad block files. Try it.

You do it just like you would on the stock rom... settings/more settings/mobile hotspot toggle to "on".
I mean I don't usually say this, but there's this site called google... great stuff on that site.

I know there have been PLENTY of threads on xda trying to solve this and I've asked questions on the threads themselves and I'm yet to receive a reply. Can someone please give me a small guide (if possible ) how temp unroot.
1. Rootkeeper or any other app on the app store doesn't work when root is protected for me
2. SuperSU uninstall doesn't work for me
3. Flashing a zip to remove SuperSU and Busybox didn't work for me either.
There isn't a file with the name 'superuser.apk' that I could find.
Can anyone help with my predict? I really need to get this working before US Open

BTW I actually don't mind unrooting my phone for a few weeks as long as I don't lose data or backup. If there is a way to do this (which isn't considered a temp root) please let me know

Sky Go is an application which allows people with a Sky subscription to watch TV on their devices, whether it be a tablet, phone or PC. I'm guessing u live outside the UK because Sky is quite popular here. As for the app, it is free, however you need an account to access it. Here's the link to it in the Play Store anyways.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bskyb.skygo
I'm not sure if you can have a look at this without an account but let me know anyway buddy.
