Hi guys i flashed my Lg G2,with italy open 16gb kdz. After flash i enter in Download mode and i see my device is rooted but before i never rooted my Lg G2 .i tried with another kdz file , but it's seem......sry for my bad english i hope someone can understand that's i said..

Iv'e been trying to flash my phone to stock but I have been trouble looking for a compatible kdz . I removed the battery and it says V10D But I can't seem to find it . Anyone possibly have it ?

I am sanju few days back i ge replaced my lg g2 screen , i don't whether it's authentic screen or not because i get replaced it from local store instead of lg store , ok but now the problem is whenever i tried to upgrade my lg g2 to lollipop it doesn't upgrade to it , i have not received any OTA update so i am trying to upgrade it from the lg PC suite but whenever i tried to upgrade i got the following as shown in below attachments (sorry my bad english).
It will be really appreciated if some one help me , i have also done factory reset from my phone.

Put your imei no. in this page and check for latest firmware available,
It will show msg like, "Download firmware, version V30 or V20"
if its showing V30 then its lollipop, download it (1.65gb approx) and use LG flash tool to flash it

I have the same problem with my LG Pheonix 2 (LG-K371 from AT&T) and cannot find the firmware anywhere ...
And you're not going to find it. Its AT&T, they won't let LG give the firmware out, thats why there's no kdz, no switch or bridge. You have no choice but send it in under warranty and hopefully they won't deny coverage. The LG service center in TX is notorious for denying repairs under warranty!!!

In the first, it worked but so slowly, After few days, i flashed stock MM again, But the mobile won't boot!!
I'm tried a lot of KDZ images with no luck!
I'm using LG UP to flash KDZ file, Flash Tool won't work
Tried to contact the LG head office here in Egypt but they told me to deliver it back to Hong Kong to repair it.
just email LG Hong Kong and waiting their reply.
in our Whatsapp group, more than one said the solution is to install a full TOT file (4.5 G like rooted TOT) but while googling it i found just one site and not free!!

I would suggest that you try to flash LP KDZ file again. Refurbished option.
If you haven't tried already.
When I tried to flash from MM to rooted LP it didn't work.
I had to flash the "normal" official LP kdz file and after that I was able to flash the rooted tot file above it.

try to flash full kdz or tot if it does not work try to flash efs and qcn backup or nv backup of your mobile.
and if you managed to repair your phone please send me qcn of your model as i need it to patch lte band 40 to my tmobile h901.
