System not responding-constantly rebooting - T-Mobile HTC One (M7)

My HTC One is rooted with the bootloader unlocked with s-on.. I'm currently on android 4.2.2, Build 2.24.709.1, and kernel is 3.4.10-g445d072 [email protected]#1 SMP PREEMPT...One day I woke up and my phone will not connect to my network. It constantly will reboot itself non stop for hours, it says system isnt responding. Occasionally I can connect to wifi, and from time to time it will connect to my network, but only for brief periods of times. i'm not sure what is causing this, so if anyone has any ideas, it would be greatly appreciated. Any other info that is needed, let me know, and ill be more than happy to provide it. please and thank you.

For Thread -- [GUIDE] – Flash SBF/Root/Recovery/DeOdex -> A to Z - SBF 2.1.1 + 1080p + P.ROMS!
Actually have a couple of issues. 1st about my phone:
Model:MB860
System Version: 4.3.10.MB860.MEretail.en.06
Android: 2.2.2
Webtop: OSHWT_U16.61.4
Kernel: 2.6.32.9
Build: OLYEM_U4_3.1.0
1st, Thanks for all the hard work, I have been reading for days and just not getting an answer
Question.
Can I use these apps to Flash/Root/Recover this phone??
Problem I am having:
I purchased the phone in Kuwait and I work in Iraq. The WiFi on the phone does not work. It will see and connect to a wireless network only when I reset the phone. It will connect for about 30 Seconds and then disconnect and then it cannot find a wireless network until I reset the phone again. The Wifi turns on and off, scans does everything you would expect, but cannot see or connect to a network even If I specify one. So the phone is useless out here without WiFi.
Any help is greatly appreciated and thank you in advance.

When you say "reset", are you referring to factory reset? If not maybe you should try doing that first, there's an option in the settings to do that and if that doesn't work maybe you need to flash a SBF file through RSD
Yes, you are corrrect, I have done the factory reset. only then will it see a WiFi network and connect, but it will drop again after about a min..and then not see a network or be able to connect to one until a factory reset again.
Can you expand on "flash a SBF file through RSD" or send a link I can read through. I just dont want a brick cause there is not much info for the ME versions of this phone.
Thanks Again

Wifi makes phone go crazy...

Hello awesome people
I`ve been looking for people with the same problem as me, but my problem seems to be opposite of everybody elses...
I have been using GoLauncher for a while, but decided to try apex, since i think golauncher has gotten to much bloatware lately. also decided to try a new sms program called Pansi, then the fun started... I tried to send an mms with pandi and the phone for the first time in a month rebooted... then after the boot, the phone suddenly started go into a freezelock everytime the screensaver came on, sometimes i could use the power on button to get the phone to restart or shut down. and after a while i could not get past the pin code screen, so i did a factory reset, installed the lastest official update, phone booted and everything was appearing ok, but no... Did some searching and found out that some that was having the same problem used the "#*0011* and select wifi and turn the power saver off. So no I got rid of the freezelock, but my wifi is all stupid, and disconnects me all the time saying that there is a poor connection even though the signal strenght is excellent. If i turn power saving mode on, the wifi works great, but the phone will freeze on screen unlock
I also used the Toolkit from Mark Skippen to root and maybe the fix was there but still problems, any help would be appreciated...
/chrtn
tl;dr
phone freeze with wifi power saving mode on
wifi not working when wifi powersaving mode off

Hi, I think i've got the same issue.
I had the i9300XXLH1 stock rom (no problem so far)
But then I used the mskip's Toolkit to root it (insecure ALE8 Kernel + CWM Touch recovery)
Then the wifi problems starts :
If wifi is on and connected to an AP -> ok
if wifi is on but not connected -> freezelock (be patient and the touchscreen will come back)
sometimes i can't get wifi working at all...
Any idea ?
Use CF (chainfire) root. It won't mess with the kernel that is supposed to go with the latest rom. Now you are using old kernel with new rom.
Hope this helps
Thank you, will try a factory reset full wipe and try again with chainfire

[Q] Encrypt phone, wifi unstable

Hello all,
I encryptet my Z2 phone, after that it takes several minutes to get wifi to work on my phone. Sometimes it get´s connected but drops it right away. After several minutes it managed to keep it and works fine. will work until I reboot the phone again.
Anyone else seen this issue? stock kernel and so on with version: 17.1.1.A.0.402
Been thinking of getting a new firmware and rom, but hard to get everything setup with getting a new rom. Been reading about fastboot and so on, also my win 8.1 won´t find my phone when entering fastboot, seen a issue about that too. Think I atleast have root though
Anyway, this issue is wifi for the moment.

[Q] help - wifi cycling

Hello, I used the search to try and find the answer to my question however i couldn't find a thread that seemed to cover this, sorry if this has been asked before.
I have a stock htc desire 610 running android 4.4.2 and i have been on xfinitywifi (public wifi) for a little while and it has worked fine. Yesterday my phone suddenly wont connect anymore and just cycles saying it's disabled and then when i try to connect it says saved then cycles back to disabled. I am not sure why this is happening and i have antivirus on my phone. Any help possible would be greatly appreciated.

Are you using JMZ kernel? It sounds like you're describing a pretty common issue that seemed to happen when people were using JMZ with certain firmware. Happened to me actually and I don't recall a specific fix. Sometimes rebooting wouldn't work. You might try rebooting to recovery and wiping dalvik and cache. But I'd try installing newer firmware with the stock kernel.

FOG6 to Exodus to FOL1... FML

I apologize if this comes across noobish, but I'm having service issues and I haven't found a solution in any other threads.
Prior to my issue, I was on stock FOG6. After following the root method provided by @ShinySide, all was good in the world. A few weeks later I decided to install Exodus (exodus-5.1-20151231-NIGHTLY-klte). This is where my problem began.
Service began to go in and out. It was most noticeable when I would disconnect from wifi, but for the most part, it wasn't much of a bother. It slowly began to get worse and after rebooting, toggling airplane mode, checking APN settings, checking baseband version, etc, all came up empty handed. Occasionally service would reappear, but there was no noticeable cause.
I then decided to factory reset and I am now running stock 5.1.1 on FOL1 (flashed via Odin 3.10.7). I have attempted to flash modem and bootloader separately, as well as flash FOL1 as a whole, but to no avail.
Am I missing something here? There may have been a step I forgot to perform but everything has worked flawlessly aside from this one issue (and wifi calling, but who cares).
Unfortunately, I'm unable to share any screenshots at the moment since I'm a new member. These are the relevant details of my device as of this posting:
Android: 5.1.1
Baseband: G900TUVS1FOL1
Kernel: 3.4.0-5406928
Build: LMY47X.G900TUVS1FOL1
I tried to keep this post short and to the point so I apologize if there is any info I left out.
Any and all suggestions are greatly appreciated!!!
