Wasn't able to access the youtube link, can you post again?
Edit... Ok saw it.
You're currently on 681 and say you've tried other ftf's, which other versions have you tried?
I would suggest if it's happening over different roms it's a hardware defect and I'd get a warranty fix on it.
Where'd you buy it? If you open the microsd slot and check the white moisture paper what color is it?

I don't think that is software issue.
It's something with hardware

Well, the root you'd have to do under 532 or some older firmware. The screen though if it's happening before it even boots into android is definitely a hardware defect. Rma time.

That was on the old firmwares when it was first released. I would sat it's a hardware defect like dodgy connection or something.

also i think the problem is from gpu .. can someone give me a link for a kernel that overclock the gpu? or underclock it?

Odd lockscreen

Has anyone seen this lockscreen, it's a bit odd different from the normal one? It shows it's face just randomly about every 150 times I unlock it. I'm on stock .73 fw.

I know can change it in the system ui if im correct, but have kniw idea why it is showing some times and not all off the time, i didn t see it before
I advice a repair with seus ( original update from se ) cause it is something in your rom, just reflash original rom with sony update center and you should be fine
You are on locked bootloader right ?

I also had to look twice, it's the sliders and the clock font, they're both different (uglier if you ask me).

Omg, you care so much? It shows up in some 0.05% cases (if ever). And if you read the thread carefully you'll see that I already posted that this will be 'fixed' (rather 'removed') in ICS.

It also shows up as the alarm screen, for me and at least one other member.
But I really don't care much, seeing as I'm definitely not awake enough to notice most of the time ;-)

If it doesn't get better by calibrating your battery could be defective.
Which phone are we talking about? The ST15, which you posted it from?
Try getting another battery, might be faulty battery.
Since when this started actually?
And there is no such thing as battery calibration for our phones.
This problem started after calibrating my xperia mini .. And thnx for your advices
Sent from my ST15i using xda app-developers app
This problem had occured a week after I bought this mini several month ago .. After that I returned it to sony centre and it works .. And this problem occur again... I wont returned my mini again because my mini was unlocked using xda rom hub .. Is it true that this problem can be solve by buying a new battery?
Sent from my ST15i using xda app-developers app
When my phone jump to 1 .. I connect the charger and after that it jump up to 79 again .. I always wipe the batterystats.bin and this way doesnt seem much effective ..
Sent from my ST15i using xda app-developers app
As I said already, there is no such thing as battery calibration for Android smartphones. All these things are useless. They just delete the batterystats.bin file, which changes nothing about the battery, because it only includes info about which apps has used the battery. The data is used only for the Battery Usage screen, nothing more, nothing less. So deleting that file or using these calibration things are time-waste and useless.
Lock your bootloader and repair your firmware with Update Service first, then we'll see further. If you need help with locking the bootloader, read my tutorial.
Is it stock firmware (.42) from your past topic under title "list all stock firmware for xperia 2011 devices" ..
Safe to use and do not have any kind of problem? If yes I can use it ..

I'm not sure how clearing 'google services' would allow and update for Sony's ROM
What you could do though is rip the FTF out of your PC companion update, and then post it here:

Tip: Tablet apps on Z Ultra directly from Play Store!

I'm not sure everyone is aware of this but you can install tablet apps on this thing directly from Play Store.
I noticed straight away that Play Store was running in tablet mode on this phone and hence tablet apps will be visible and you can also install them.
Love it!
