Hi all !
I'm brand new to your forum, because I didn't find out a solution to my problem ^^'
So there it is : yesterday my phone fell off my hand, so the touchscreen is unusable... so the phone. The trouble is that I'm... well... not very clever at all, so all my contacts are on the phone itself, not the SIM card or my Google account. That's why I need to get into the root files with my computer, to find out the databases files.
The USB debugging mode wasn't activated I think. But I'm pretty sure there's a way to force mounting system files, even with a command line...
My phone is a "Le Mobile Sosh", a branded Alcatel OneTouch Idol Mini with Android 4.2.
I need an expert !
Thank you
[EDIT] Sorry for my poor English, I'm French...
Nobody ? :'(

Hello everyone,
My aunt gave me a chinese smartphone (n9000 i9220 pad) with the lcd screen broken.
I tried to control it from my pc with this software ([email protected]). It NEEDS USB debugging to be activated in order to work. Since my aunt obviously didn't have it activated, I could only see the smartphone's screen when I entered to recovery (Where i think debugging it's activated by default). So I need to activate the USB debugging option with no image from the smartphone. To archieve this, I found a solution that consists in editing manually a file on /system, but since it's not rooted, I don't have write permissions on /system.
I'm not gonna die if I can't do this, but I want to know if it's really possible.
More info:
Exact model: e1809l_v75_gq1008_ov5647_v20
*I can access the smartphone with adb, so If anyone needs more info that I could retrieve from it, just tell me.

hi,
I hope that iam posting in the right place ...
I have serious problems running reicast on my HTC m8 , it keeps asking me to place bios.bin and flash.bin in /data subfolder, I place them there, and then it asks me to place them in /data/data , I do it again it says bios not found and it becomes /data/data/data !!!
I need some help please, because the few times it got convinced that the bios was there in the folder, it just exits the software not starting neither the rom nor the bios even !!!
any help ?
I'm new on android and I need some help....
I haven't understand what is rooting and if I have to do that to my phone.
I have a chinese smartphone that instead of the company logo or the manufacturer name, it only has the Android badge. That means I do not know the model of my phone - from the info inside the phone it says "s5". I assume it is a clone smartphone, but it doesn't look like the samsung galaxy s5... So how do I find a tutorial on rooting?
Another thing I'd like to ask is the following: If ram is full, that makes it impossible to run the applications on the sd card?
I feel a bit lost and it would be great to have some answers...
Thanks in advance!
