Is there any risk to reverting back to a 4.1.2 rom?

Factory reset, if this doesn't help, re-flash Rom, you can use Odin and pre-rooted stock rom.

Some people having similar issues due to bugs in previous versions of JB. Try to flash latest Stock pre-rooted ROM and you should be OK.

The issue is 4.3.
But in others galaxy s3 4.3 it is working perfect
