[Help] Can't hear incoming or outgoing calls

I can't hear any sound when I'm making outgoing calls or any incoming calls. When I dial the number, it works but no sound during the call. Sound is on.
I had Resurrection ICS custom rom. So, I removed everything. I unrooted my phone and installed the regular files using this tutorial. (stock phone)

But, I'm still getting no sound during my calls. Please help me. Tell me what else should I do?

Well since you found something on a site that isn't this one I'm afraid we can't give you much support

Lets not following anything from that site in the future and stick to what we have here.
Do you still have a custom recovery?
I had this problem before when I had a custom ROM which I downloaded it from this site. it was the Resurrection v2.3 ICS. The author told me to install CM9 kernal and I did. My phone went completely black screen after reboot so I had to reset everything and install the stock phone. I'm back to Android 2.3.4 unrooted and regular stock kernal.
But the problem is still happening.

Strange issue

Hi I am running S3 themed rom on my S2
Version 4.0.4
kernel 3.0.15 hardcore speedmod
Built number: xwlpt
baseband number-ddlpa
for the past 2 days i have been facing strange issue with In call volume.
I have noticed that on some incoming calls the volume goes down to very low levels and it is very very hard to hear the person.
whereas the after disconnecting the call if i make a call to someone the volume goes high again.
P.S note i yesterday changed my modem to the above mentioned version.
But this problem was there before also.
Problem is with in coming call not with outgoing call

i doubt its a hardware issue as the outgoing calls volume is okay but when call comes the volumes decrease to 20%.

well then keep the rom intact, play around with some Kernel's and see if it makes any difference in the incall volume

replace the rom with RR 3.0.6 and just now received a call. And the volume issue sorted...... will check as soon as more calls comes.

[Q] Help!!! Cant receive PHONE CALLS!!!

I am using Sony Xperia Neo L with ported Paranoid CM9 rom with CM9 OC Gov Net kernel. I have used it for a few months until today, I can't receive phone calls but can still make phone calls. When somebody calls me, the phone will just vibrate for less than a second. I can see who is calling me in the call logs. There isn't a screen for me to answer the call: with a call icon which can be pulled left or right. The caller would just hear my neo L's voicemail greeting or like forwarding to another phone ( i know that because the beeping sound is different.) I have checked the forwarding setting already. Plz help!!!!
maybe a bad flash. reflash rom

Do I need to wipe data (reset)??? I don't want to do that because i will loose all my apps and files. BTW, thanks.
you are using panaroid. maybe you messed up with some pixel density in it app. dont change phone app pixel density, dont change its UI to tablet or phablet.
Use phone apk as phone UI and default 160px.
Yep like rajx^^ said try reinstall
The rom n do a full wipe bro
Do you see the notification icon when a call arrives try tapping it.
I had this bug once.
Off topic : Did you really use this ROM for months or am I just seeing things

Which rom are you using? If you are on ics it's a common problem.
Do you have plenty of apps installed? This could cause the problem also. Low ram means low performance.
