SERVICE PROVIDER LOCK

Pls help me, I don't know what to do with my phone, my PPC was locked by it's service provider. The networks appears on the list of networks when I do a manual selection of network, but when I tried to register on the network it appears that it can't register on the network. Therefore, I believe that my unot was service provider locked.
Plss help me...SOS

[Q] Sim locked?

In the service menu under 'SIM lock'
the menu is showing the following information:
[] Network 5
[] Network subset 5
[] Service provider 5
[] Corporate5
[] SIM 0
I can't test the phone with another SIM card, but i'm wondering if my phone is simlocked or isn't locked.
On X10mini, bought on an Orange UK contract I get the same display as yours, but the first line says
[x] Network 5
So presumably that [x] indicates that my handset is locked to a network (which is what I'd expect) which suggests that yours is unlocked
Thanks for your feedback! Will report back when i've tested it with a SIM-card from another provider.
yép, my Vodafone branded x10 mini pro isn't sim locked!
Hmm, I have the same, need to check whether my T-Mobile X10 Mini is simlocked. Service menu shows the same info as yours does Rylo. I'll get back when I find another SIM to insert.

Network Locked SIM card Inserted?

Hey guys Just put my Straight talk sim in (Att) and I activated my card with the sim and I booted up the phone and it asks for "enter network lock control key" but I thought my phone was unlocked so I checked by dialing *#7465625#
and I got the fowling
Network Lock [Off]
Network Subset Lock [off]
SP Lock [off]
CP lock [off]
Does this mean it's unlocked?
What code do I enter?
Thanks
Call at&t and ask for the code if you have an account. Or go to www.cellphoneunlocker.com and pay a few dollars. Or go to the thread for unlocking steps using some modem flashing.
But yes, if the phone asked, its locked.

Somewhere in this thread is the specific settings for ST data. You have to input APN settings and save them.
