Nm figured it out. Just download the app and install manually from recovery

at first when i was trying to load it normally, it would reboot and not stick
had to enter recovery and flash it that way
worked no problem after that
hope they update the sense 5 toolbox kit module to work with sense 6

You need a write enabled kernel and there is an alpha version of toolbox for sense 6 out.

Not really sure why you would need this being soff, when you install a rom the kernel is installed as well. Being soff you would just need the z image. Note this is for ICS not jb

Could do that but it's for my brother's phone I rooted it and all for him on viper 4g and has the aroma installer, he is new to android and I'm gonna talk him through installing it over the phone, just easier that way till he gets the hang of it.

guys i tried every way and the app is installed on my rooted XT910 but my flash is not reacting when i push the button in the app.any special permissions needed ?

It's a system app for HTC devices. The values and strings to enable the torch or flash are different than that of aosp/other manufactures.

Now see that is what I was trying to get out of someone... I wasn't sure what other forums that I could look in. I have not performed the super cid and didn't know if I could go outside the at&t threads to find another one.
