So if could possible to understand how can work, we inject recovery into kdz, and flash it with recovery, and so root!

Sometimes LG roms are weird to understand. You have a point but V10H is not directly Rootable. Pals have first rooted to V10A and then installed Voodoo OTARootkeeper. And then updated to V10H retained Root by restoring with Voodoo.
But may be you have a point. Can we discuss?

I personally prefer the FXP version. Presently using cm10 FXP 212 version. Its probably one of the fastest. Atleast in my opinion. also there is hardly any bug.

Try KingoRoot For pc or kingroot.apk for phone.

There's also iroot for pc
If that didn't work, then you will have to wait for some custom recovery for your phone to be able to flash SuperSU using it.

Sorry i couldn't help you further, there is a guide about how to create TWRP custom recovery for any device, but it requires some knowledge of Linux commands and programming, it might help you or if you have a friend who knows Linux programming, so he can create one for you, here is the guide:

Not at this time.
Yes it's a pain. Don't go on to the beta roms as you will have to revert back and wait another 60 days.
