Awesome! Thanks!
I clicked on a bunch of Japanese writing after the install. I think I signed up for a NSA watch list.

With Google+ , Dropbox and Google Drive, that is probably happening anyway. I figured after the first picture, people would switch it off faster than an Mylie Cyrus video.
I noticed the video is in english and the apk found in this thread has chinese language in parts of the app how can I change that to all English?

Pretty cool camera. Only problem, it was super laggy with the effects.

This app broke my lockscreen torch option. Guess it has something to do with the flash as the torch also uses the flash fir the flashlight option. I uninstalled it rebooted and got my flashlight back.
4.1.2 Tweaked 2.4 Adam kernel

Not a big fan of Google camera. Love the lenovo camera but it's not super stable for me. Any recommendations?

So anyone using cm 10.2 nightlies and not happy with thier camera app? Wondering if it were possible top get the camera app from stock and use it on cm?
Anyone try this?
I do miss some of the extra features, and modes, but the CM10.2 camera works very well and the integrated gallery is hard to beat. It is also better in the darker areas than the stock camera.

I wont run AOSP ROMS because of the camera.
Stock camera is just much much better.

Yeah I love running cm but I am disappointed with the camera performance....and I know this camera can do better. Does the cm camera make use of OIS?

That's going to be about impossible. ... They are touch wiz framework dependent. ... It may be easier to mod the camera from a different ROM

Is there any mods out there yet that I can record 4k on cm11?

I feel your pain man, I miss that wonderful camera app but like everyone else said I think it's framework dependent

mmmmmmm... no, I don't think so as I tried that Lenovo Camera and it doesn't have an option of shooting 100fps. (or maybe I missed it, :laugh
thanks!
Can this topic come back! This is very important!!!!!
Sent from my SM-N900P using xda app-developers app
Its not going to help to create more of the same thread over and over ... it would need to be coded by cm and you can't just port the camera from stock its framework dependent ...
Lots of things could come to this but they haven't done 4k recording slow MO .... but you never know they may be working on it behind the scenes cyanogen had a note 3
