The EUR part is referring to the region/CSC. You can change it by dialing *#272*IMEI# (or use this program: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.manniakk.cscselector). This will wipe your phone!
I haven't run Oxygen OS since I got the phone and didn't do any OTA updates, does this mean I have an old modem/radio? Where do i find latest and how do i update it?

I don't think it is, custom roms don't touch modem etc
I'd like to know this too.
Recently, I lost my modem when I was playing around with my phone on CM. So I restored stock (latest version from here, and I additionally got an OTA after this about the hotfix again, IDK why, but I installed that too!) and saved the modem using Partitions Backup & Restore. Here are the img files, you may use them to restore using that very app (ROOT required).
The device is the E1003 OPX (Asia version, bought from Amazon India), and the Baseband version as stated in Settings -> About Phone is .4.0.1.c7-00013-M8974AAAAANAZM-1
Download link : https://github.com/Rijul-Ahuja/OPX-E1003-Modem
To download, click on the filename, click on View Raw. Your browser will start downloading it. In case that does not work, right click on View Raw and click on Save Link As...
Cheers!
So after checking the Xiaomi firmware site (didn't work, flashing the weekly firmware just appeared as stable) I haven't been able to get the developer firmware.
Does anybody know where I can get a hold of it without the MIUI ROM.
(It's needed for the latest Pixel Experience update and it isn't included with the update)
Title is meant to say MIUI ROM not room, autocorrect sorry.

Always go here for latest vendor firmwares
https://mirror.akhilnarang.me/MIUI/beryllium/
and never use beryllium-V10.1.3.0-9.0-vendor-firmware.zip - this is an older version, even though the version number is higher than 9.

I got a customer who wants to downgrade from Android 10 to 8. I know Samsung has anti-downgrade protection and you can't flash older firmware using Odin.
What about rooting the phone first though and flashing the Android 8 firmware using TWRP? Wouldn't that work?

My phone is already rooted and do you have any guide how can I flash complete firmware through twrp with bootloader. Actual problem is bootloader which can't initialize previous version of modem. I have downgraded modem but it does not pick IMEI.

You'd have to flash system, vendor and a kernel that can run Android 8. Just flashing the firmware straight up won't work

I mean, I've done it on other Samsung phones, yes. Updated officially to Pie and then flashed an Oreo ROM that includes system, vendor and kernel images and it runs fine.

I don't need to downgrade bootloader, just need to flash the ROM which includes system, vendor and a working kernel.
I'm speaking strictly about running Android 8, not downgrading. So this method of downgrading to Oreo probably won't help you on your problem
Can we do it with firmware combination file or eng modem?

I guess we both having same issue. I upgraded to UAETG3 and the mobile signals were gone. IMEI status is 'NG' and it says emergency calls only. The binary of aforesaid update is higher and it won't let me downgrade. Have you found a solution?

I recently installed the EU variant of the first Open Beta of OxygenOS 13 on my 10T and I'm wondering if I can rollback from EU OOS 13 Beta to GLOBAL OOS 12? Any answers would be appreciated. Thanks!
you can flash the global firmware back using flashtool, just make sure the modem version is same with your current ROM or else your IMEI will be wiped

you have to rollback updates using flashtool since OTA updates prohibit you to install previous version of your software, the only way to do this as far as i know is to get the global stock firmware for your particular model and flash it using flashtool
