Can anyone verify the stock earphones? Taiwan got the noise canceling version but Singapore got the MH410c.. The worst earphones ever got, Even the Z1 or the Z got the in-ear type. I bought it from Starhub. Anyone got it too?

Same crap earphones - also starhub. Pretty shocking, IMO.
It ships with the noise canceling ones from amazon.de at least. From the product page:
"Lieferumfang: Smartphone, Headset mit digitaler Geräuschminimierung MDR-NC31EM, Ladegerät, Micro-USB Kabel".
Same for me as well. Singapore whole batch gets the ones with MH410c? Really disappointing..
seems Singapore all gets the cheapo earphones, only taiwan got the noise cancelling ones and the dock, you notice is the packaging is rectangular, where as the Singapore one is Squarish..
Well I know that three network in the UK are doing a pre order bonus on the Z2, you get a wireless\nfc\bluetooth speaker that costs about £119 & you also get the premium in ear noise cancelling headphones.
So does anyone know which countries will be receiving the cheap kind and which will be receiving the noise cancelling ones?

Been hearing that audio over bluetooth sounds better and have been wanting to NOT worry about dropping my Lumia every time I fish it out of my pocket to change a song. So, I've been searching the web over for a great deal on the BH-111.
Found it on Expansys-usa and it the black version just became available for $30.00 USD, while another black is 34.99 and the new colors ar 44.99. Of course, I went for the least expensive since I didn't actually need them. Shipping soon. Will report back on quality.

Audio over Bluetooth should sound worse, as it's compressed, but whether it will be noticeable to everyone, I don't know (I have an A2DP headset and it sounds OK to me).
Interested to hear more about them. Look great.
They just arrived. I've never used earbuds that fit into the canal. Wierd, like wearing earplugs. Sound is good. Better than my Sennheiser MX95. Probably because of the in-ear fit. Down the line, I'll invest in nicer ear phones. In the meantime, these are quite decent.
Sound, to my ears, is the exact same... wired or via bluetooth.
Oh... a few days ago one of the foam pads fell off on my Sennheiser. So, I removed the other until I could get replacements. The sound was horrendous. I understood the complaints people had. It was so horrid that I used local scout to find and call a few Radio Shacks that were still open and then got driving directions. Yeah, I LOVE local scout.
edit: I just purchased the Sennheiser OCX 880 for $34.99 (down from $60, down from $100+) to replace both sets that I currently have. Will see if I can make a few bucks on my MX 95 via online auction.
Update - after an ear irrigation today, I can definitely tell the difference between the BH-111 earbuds and the Sennheiser MX95. The Nokia earbuds aren't so great. Still loving the bluetooth though.
So it seems like the SBH52 is quite hard to get a hold of at the moment and is selling for quite a high price. Just wondering if anyone has recommendations for other bluetooth headsets that are not as expensive?
I've been having a look through Amazon as it is a good source of prices and reviews but I'm keen to hear personal feedback from fellow Xperia Z Ultra owners.
Has anyone has experience using any of these headsets?
I use the MW600, had this for about three years now and it works great. I was searching for a new stereo headset but I can't find anything else with such good battery life as this. A busy day mine dies after about 10-11 hours with music and calls.
SONY did make a new version of this model after seperating from Ericsson, can't remember the name now.
If you looking for a mono-headset I recommend the Voyager Legend by Plantronics very good headset
Sbh50..$74 everywhere.
These Kinivo BTH240 have gotten a good wrap on Amazon. 501 reviews and averaging around 4.5 stars which is pretty decent. Good thing too is that they're pretty cheap at $31. Supports music as well as handsfree calling and have got good reviews from those who use them at the gym. Might have to consider these as an early Christmas present. Not sure if I want to buy a handsfree bluetooth headset or one for music and handsfree. I can see the pros and cons of both.

The MW1LITE may be your answer. It's available on Sony's online store. http://store.sony.com/smart-wireless-headset-zid27-MW1LITE/cat-27-catid-All-Cell-Phone-Headsets

It says 8h on bluetooth streaming. Not good enough and very expensive for a headset
if u have z2 please answer.
what about headphones, how is noise cancelling ? hope the nc headphones comes in the box.
The headphones are pretty good to be honest. Very clear with good amount of bass and volume. I can't comment on the noise cancellation technology though

The noise cancelling headphones don't come in the Z2 box, but some countries have deals where you will also get the NC headphones when you buy a Z2.
They are superb on both counts very impressed
The sound quality of the headset is okay.
Of course it's not high-end but definitely better than many other headsets available on the market you get for the same price.
And I was surprised of the great noise cancelling.
That works really good. Feels like you muted your environment.
Mine came in the box

Oh nice! I wonder if that means all UK Z2s will come with them....and what about other countries? Sounds like Singapore didn't get NC headphones.
Certainly all UK preorders appear to be coming with them but who knows how long that will last following the launch proper.

Im actually very impressed with these headphones....... ive never owned or even used noise cancelling headphones before, altho they are not the loudest headphones (thats not to say they are quiet mind, they have quite good volume) the noise cancellation more than makes up for it....... with a song playing at the lowest volume, i can barely hear the tumble dryer spinning away less than a foot behind my head
Very impressed with the headphones for a pair that were chucked in with the phone.
Usually they are terrible but these are decent and the noise cancellation actually works very well too
I tech journalist friend of mine said that he was under the impression all UK Z2's came with the noise cancelling headphones.
On Amazon they are listed as being part of the package and are NOT a preorder bonus

I'm planning on buying a bluetooth. But not 100% sure which 1 I should get I'm mainly looking to use it when I'm biking. Any suggestions any other bluetooth names, models would be good too thanks.

I vote for the lg tone ultra's...I have them and love them but the 700's are fine too. The sound quality is outstanding on both with the ultra's edging out the 700's. I have both so I can speak from experience. I use the 700's for exercising and the ultra's for my daily commute. I bought some cheap 30 euro pair and that was a mistake. Tried the delycon's and those weren't great either. I haven't used any other bluetooth headphones besides those.

The noise cancelling is good for like on the train/subway when I commute in the mornings and afternoons. Otherwise, the noise canceling is not true noise cancelling to me. I think the sound quality on the ultra's is better but if you have the 730's, i think they had already had upgraded the sound to jbl by that time. I had only the 700's since the 730's weren't available here in europe. I think the bass is richer and the high's better on the ultra's but I'm no audio expert.

No I haven't but I'll be sure to... LG had done a bang up job with the headphones.
Do the Ultra's work well for working out? I'm usually a very sweaty person, so I need a noise cancelling blue tooth that isn't too expensive, like these, and this is the only problem I have before I buy them.
Here's one vote for the sonys.
I dislike rubber and foam earbud tips (work outside, and I like to hear things around me) So being able to use any ear buds or headset with it is great.
Plus on those lgs if one of the earbuds somehow get snagged and break, your sol. Not so with the Sonys, just get another set of ear buds.
But that's just my take.

The ultra's are not cheap. I paid like 80 euros so that's about 100 dollars for these. If you're sweaty person, I might not go for these because the thing lays around your neck. I have no problems with it but I don't have sweat issues. I would think that the sweat may get on and around the neck band and that could short out the electronics. Someone else maybe able to talk on this issue.
The delycons and the cheap Aldi brand that I bought here were the kind that has a single cord connecting the earphones and basically went around the back of your head. I liked the design better of those but the sound quality sucked and they were not noise cancelling. I haven't been able to really find anything besides the plantronics backbeats but those have mixed reviews too. I might still consider them because of the design and the immense amount of money I've already spent on trying all these bluetooth headphones.
Not sure if this was said
I will say those LG Tones "magically" and randomly move around your neck lol. One side will hang further then the other. Read some reviews out there and you will see what I'm saying
Speaking from experience owning the 730's

I just buy them from aliexpress. Item: Huawei-Active-Noise-Cancelling-earphone-AM180 for only $ 74.89.
The seller sent me an email indicating they only have then gray colour in stock.
It is supposed to receive these headphones in two weeks.
I'll tell you...

Hi All,
I own that set and it's worth the price. Especialy that You do not need to charge noise cancelation by microusb but it's automaticaly charged from Mate 7. Sound is amazing, espacialy good if You using public transport or going somewere by plane. Mindblowing. Also if You press button twice it's working like "next" button.

Please tell us more about your experience. comparing it to other headphones possibly? Thanks!
Until now i was using mostly over-ear headphones, i have sony zx600, sennheiser hd238 etc. I also have small beats. But this is something diferent. Small beats just give You a lo of base and nothing more. Huawei gives you rich experience on high and low tones, also noise cancellation is great. If i had to compare it to something, sound it's simillar or better to bose qc20 but with better materials used to build. Check bose qc20 in a shop if you like it , you can easily buy huawei
i use soundmagic pl30, they are cheaper and awesome

+1.
I am rockin E10S(bit less boomy than pl30 but better overall sound IMO). Probably the best earphone for that price, they really perform like much pricier 'phones, plus you get little switch that makes them working with EVERY android phone. They're not noise cancelling tho, only noise isolating but isolation is quite good and enough for most environments.
I'm after Adagios III from Final Audio Design, which are completely different league from (already great) Soundmagic's. Sadly, they don't come with mic and music remote

I bought those AM180 in April 2015 and by December the plug started cutting out the left ear
Have yours failed by now as well?
Anyone know which plug I can order, if it's even possible to self-fix these special AM180 plugs that also charge the headset..?
Will charge function work with the mate 8?
yes it works with MATE 8
