Hello,
I have a rooted Iocean G7.
I wanted to install the framework module with the Xposed installer app. This was no success, I got a bootloop. After this I contacted Iocean, and I have flashed my phone with the computer. It works fine now, as it should.
Now my question is, how can I install the framework module without getting a bootloop or other problems?
Thank you,
Robert

That could be possible, I am going to ask to rovo98, if he can make framework compactible with my phone.
I hope he wants to do
On Tweakers they think that the Rom is not compactible, but I do not think so... You?

You guys know that Xposed puts a framework disabler zip on your internal storage? All you have to do is boot into a custom recovery and install it.

What root method did you do that didn't require USB Debugging to be enabled?? But yea, I dunno about that. You're going to have to find out though. You'll need the SP Flash Tool to work, whether it's to install the custom recovery, or to install the entire stock firmware.

There is a 'Super User' setting in Settings which I enabled.
I tried installing PdaNet but that does require USB debugging to complete the installation.
Isn't there a standard recovery mode on these phones that I can use (combination key press) to install a rom copied onto the SD card?

That's pretty handy. But no, the stock recovery does not support that. You might be able to get out of it just from doing a factory reset in the stock recovery, but it's hard to say since Xposed makes changes to /system as well and the factory data reset does not affect the /system partition, just /data

install [TWRP][PhilZ Touch][CWM]XZDualRecovery 2.7.1XX RC and you'll be fine.
Thank for the reply, I have tried installing said recovery, the installer went through the motions and at the end said, install finished -enjoy your recoveries. Nothing happened after this point. Tablet didn't reboot or anything. Tried again with same result. Any advice?

Flashmode is not used here.
Unpack archive, enable usb-debugging, unknown sources, plug in tablet and run install.bat.
Root is needed for install. If you don't have it, choose option 3.

it's better to ask in recovery thread.
So here it goes!
I have this phone, a Cherry Mobile Aeon [ full specs: please find on google. Can't post links yet, apparently. ], and rooted it. It rooted successfully the first time ( with usb debugging enabled and everything. ) and so, as idiotic as I am, I installed CF3D on a JB phone so it ended up bootlooping. And so I data/factory reset it by STOCK RECOVERY then I tried recovering it by ADB but then, everytime I type the su command, it always says UI CONNECT - TIMED OUT or something like that.
And so I've searched Google on why is that happening and found out that it prompts if the device is unrooted!
Now I can't root it back cause I don't have USB Debugging enabled. And I can't get it to the service center because they said that they don't have the software for this phone yet! WHICH IS VERY IDIOTIC!
Please halp.

That's my problem. Since my phone is kinda new on the market and a very remote brand for that matter, I haven't been able to find a CWM that would be compatible on my phone. Which sucks.
And also, I haven't seen that back-up you are saying. I think it is stored on the internal sdcard. :/ Which I cannot access, obvs.

I rooted my Acer B3-A10 tablet with the latest King Root. I purchased then installed SuperSU Pro and successfully updated the binaries. I wanted to use Chainfire's product and support his efforts. I follow him on XDA. After the SuperSU installation my tablet will not boot. I can get into its recovery mode and into fastboot. ADB does not work in the recovery mode. I have a backup.ab file but can not install it without ADB access. I can not find a factory recovery image to flash. Any suggestions?
I took out my SD card then selected update from external source. Several strange folders were displayed including one that was labelled Do Not Panic. None of them were functional. I still have not determined what I can do next. I loaded the source code for my tablet into Android Studio and created a functional emulated device but I can't transfer it to the tablet.
did you ever find a way to fix this as this has happened to me too.
i rooted with kingroot and installed supersu by way of supersume pro
Sad to say to you guys but supersume pro is not working anymore with the latest devices. the app is no longer updated. lucky it works for me but i used the basic one or the free i mean. Not the pro.

Note:-
-> Rooting may* void your phone warranty, and you won’t claim it back. (Honor India officials confirmed me that Rooting and bootloader unlocking doesnot voids the warranty).
-> Follow the steps correctly otherwise you may brick your device. I am not responsible for any damage of your phone.
-> Ensure that your phone has at least 50-60% charged to prevent the accidental shutdown in-between the process.
REQUIREMENTS(MUST)
1. Should have a custom recovery installed.
2. Should be rooted and SuperSu installed.
[Files needed to install custom recovery and flash Supersu in one package here.]
[Rooting Guide here ]
PROCEDURE
1. Boot in to twrp recovery(Vol.Up+Power) and Choose Install and flash the file here through twrp.
2. After installation Clear "dalvic cache" and reboot the system.
3. The reboot takes time(5-10minutes),so donot interfere the boot.
4. After bootup, install the apk from here.
;and Grant SuperSu access when prompted.
5. Now connect any pendrive via otg cable and see the magic.
Note: After installing the apk you can control the otg functionality using the Activate/Deactivate buttons in the App. Incase if the MTP or Charging doesnt work, press on Disconnect option in the app.

In previous posts someone solved it for me. For some reason the latest supersu doesn't work. Root your phone with older version. I routed with Super su 2.65. Then flash the zip and reboot. It should work, did for me. Then install the latest super su 2.79 and it should remain working. Although a couple of times it forgot it has root after flashing the latest supersu. Just repeat steps again..
Hope this helps..and don't thank me,thank the person who posted the solution but you'll have to read a few threads....:silly:
Yes, i confirm that this manipulation does solve the problem. I did it following the advice i got on this thread. I must still thank you for spending time answering me.
I think i'll have to repeat the operation shorlty anyway, because i had to unroot my device to install a system update, and now i have to root it again ^.^

No, I think the SuperSU I used in the video is for AW 1.5. You can try just make a backup before you do it

Correct
I confirmed that the recovery still works with AW2.0. The SuperSU and busybox zip fails to flash. I flashed the latest stable SuperSU zip and it flashes completely, but the SuperSU app does not open and the watch hangs up when asking for root. I flashed the latest Stericson busybox zip, but obviously I can't test if it installed without su.

Zip from this post did the trick.
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=73165371&postcount=66
It appears the issue stems from the filesystem being squashfs. I've dealt with squashfs in the past, and it doesn't allow modification due to it's structure. The system needs to be un-squashed, modified, then re-squashed. There is a ROM for the LG watch where the developer converted it to ext4, but that requires editing partitions on the watch. I'm considering converting this to ext4, but I'm not thrilled with the idea of a hard brick.
Hmmmm very very strange, after some reboots the twrp recovery is gone.
The watch boots in the stock recovery.
Is it because this is an 1.5 version?
