Hi there, check Amazon. They are doing black Friday deals all week, you won't have to leave your house. I know I saw one yesterday for half price.
Best buy is having great deals.

Yeah Amazon is having crazy deals, and unlike black Friday at brick and mortar you don't have to fight the crowd or wait in long lines. I do all my shopping online.
I saw some deals on 32GB class 10 for similar price.
As impatient as I am I was hoping to grab one in store but I guess ill go ahead and grab one from amazon.

Get it over night, in some cases you have the option to get it same day if ordered in the morning. Hard to beat that

I bought a 16gig class 6 card at Costco for 15 dollars. They had hundreds of them.
watch out for those daily deal steals websites, they could be rewritten controller 4gig cards
Does any one know if e3d supports 64g cards my 32 is nearly full from pics music and backups. Just wondering

Me too. I got 4 of them. Sold two for $30 each and kept the other two. I wanted a back up in case it goes bad. Seems like every review I read on ANY class 10 card is hit or miss. I would say usually 1/3 of reviews say that the card was corrupt after a few months.
The 16's seem more reliable than the 32's.

In the owner's manual, it says "supports up to 32gb" card. Wonder how that works if you use a bigger one.
I'm using a 64GB Sandisk card in my LTE Note right now no issues. Team Perfection rom.
Just format the card inside the phone, and then copy your files over.

Right? I wonder the same thing. Well I know it would just let you use the 32GB of it but why buy a 64GB in the first place????? Could you partition it into two 32's and use both partitions????? Idk. Just a thought

As do I. Curious: Anything higher than a 64 out there?
So after reading the experiences in this thread, I dug out an old 64 Sandisk I used in another phone, and popped it in the Note. While I was able to view 2 photos on the disk, and could select the "unmount sd card" option, the "format" option was greyed out. I was wanting to format and start fresh. Any ideas?
Maybe try formatting to a different format using a pc.. Then pop the card into the phone and format to fat32 with the phone.

I figured we can start a black Friday micro sd card sale thread so we can jump on it when the sales start. I know that best buy already is showing a 64gb class 10 SanDisk for $35, so let's start with that and build on it. I'm really going to find a 64gb Samsung Pro on sale, but just waiting for the deals. Please post as you find them. Thanks everyone. Please provide links if you can.

There's no such thing as a 64GB SDHC card, 64GB cards are SDXC
It's a dead giveaway for a fake Samsung card. There are plenty of those floating around on the evilbay.

I never liked PNY. I had a few of their MicroSD cards for my phone and for my parents' phones. I also had a few of their USB flash drives. Most of them failed in less than a year. I've never had a problem with SanDisk though. I've had the same 64GB card for my S3, S4, and my Note 3. I hope you have better luck than me.

Coworkers SanDisk Ultra crapped out the other day after only a few months in his GS3.
My GS3 still has the Samsung 32Gb Class 2 card that came in my Droid Charge lol, still running strong, I have hammered it with file transfers and lots of apps that are backing up to it, always store all pictures and video on it, TWRP backups, etc... It will probably go into my new Note 3 when it gets here Thursday.

Both Samsung and Toshiba have their 64GB cards for $99. What are the differences?
keep an eye on staples website. I picked up a MicroSD Class 10 32gb SanDisk for 12.99 a few months back.
