Sony has not released a changelog with the update, but this update was scheduled for release this week, and its purpose is to fix the sound bug. I highly doubt they'd push out a 947MB update just to fix a tiny bug, so they have probably fixed some other stuff too. Please report whatever new or changed stuff you discover.

Sony has not released a changelog (as far as i know) so it's impossible to tell what this fixes. It's a bugfix update though, and the sound bug is fixed, and it seems a little smoother than 681 (could be placebo). Other than that? I have no idea.

It's a clean and stock (non-rooted) 757 FTF. It should be flashed in Flashtool. Don't flash unless you want to re-root.

When i go into superuser prefs it says binaries are vnull. then when i try to update the binaries it says

You haven't to update the binaries, the rom is already rooted and busyboxed so don't touch at anything and that's would be perfect .

Were you searching desperately everywhere to find the 4.1.A.0.562 firmware with 70 baseband in order to install a custom ROM which requires it, but you could not? Are you unable because PC Companion has another firmware for your Neo V or you don't want to have internet connection to do this all the time or you are as lazy as me or whatever?
Relax now! You are in the right place! I had the same problem too, so I decided to solve it and share it with you all!

It is bundled from Greek version, because I am from Greece and I downloaded it from Greece.
Blame Sony for their sh!tty firmware not supporting this feature.

Ah I see, you came from older build right? Since the zip doesn't contain radio file you need to install it via odin or CWM. I'll upload odin flashable radio asap.

Thanks! Can you integrate the camera with the shutter sound on/off option in this ROM?
You can easily doing this by edit feature.xml in /system/csc/. Find this line <CscFeature_Camera_ShutterSoundMenu>false</CscFeature_Camera_ShutterSoundMenu> change to <CscFeature_Camera_ShutterSoundMenu>true</CscFeature_Camera_ShutterSoundMenu>.

I have changed feature.xml as your advice. And now the camera has shutter sound on/off feature. However, though I have chosen shutter sound off, there's a big sound when shooting! Pls advise! Thanks!
Try this, open build.prop in /system and find this line ro.camera.sound.forced=1 now change to ro.camera.sound.forced=0.

Or before. It doesn't make a difference. It's flashing to partitions ROM is not touching.
Just be aware that if you want to flash CM12 nightly later on you need to use similar zip to update firmware to CM12, unless this new CM11 firmware (extras zip) is compatible with CM12 which I'm going to check as soon as I flash 05Q as primary in MultiROM and see if my secondary LP ROMs boot.

It should but u have to dl a different xposed zip from its thread for lollipop 5.1
