Hello xda members!
Yesterday, I tried to change the kernel for my i9100g. It was the lucifer v1.6 and my rom was CM10 4.2.1. Unfortunately, my phone was bricked afterward, it stuck at boot screen logo " samsung galaxy s2 gt-i9100g". It keeps rebooting after I try to press the power button. I couldn't access the recovery mode, I could only go into the download mode. However, Odin doesn't detect my phone, so does my PC.
Until now, I've read many threads about bricked phones but I've not found the solution.
Is it completely bricked?
Looking forwards to replies from you guys. I love S2 anyway.

hello dear helpers,
i ve done something really stupid. i rooted my galaxy note 10.1 (worked) and tried to instal cwm recovery via the ROM manager app. my device wasnt in the list of supported devices so i tried to install the recovery of the galaxy S3 (GT-I9300) because on the official cwm website they are pointed out with the same version number (6.0.4.6). the result was that, when i tried to boot into recovery i see nothing but the backlight. after a while i can turn my decive off by pressing on/off button and restart android normal.
but then i have done the second stupid thing. i tried to fix this by installing another/older version of cwm (galaxy note N7000/ CWM 6.0.4.3).
now the state of the recovery hastn't changed and in addition i cant boot to my normal OS/ROM anymore. it stucks on the bootscreen!
please help, i have no idea what to do next
best regards
daniel

Hello. So as my question states, I have a Galaxy Mega Gt-i9200 that is stuck on a boot loop. I cannot even access recovery mode. Further more what is happening is that it start up booting by showing the "Samsung Galaxy Mega" title and then reboots. Is there any way to fix this problem?

Hello;
I rooted my samsung galaxy s4 using king root app. And I installed CM12.1 unofficial (My s4 is GT I9500 black version).
While I was using my phone battery drained off and the next time I tried to boot my phone it got stuck in the Samsung black logo screen. I tried to break the boot loop by trying to get in to the recovery mode {volume up+power+home} but it resulted in continuous booting then I tried with the volume down button but then it got into the donot turn of the target mode.
Currently my phone is in a brick mode .So please do help me, my whole office files are inside the phone
Unfortunately there is not a way to retrieve your data at this stage. You should be able to recover it by flashing the stock firmware via Odin or using Samsung Kies.
Please EXPLAIN

What about fastboot flash?
Well when I press the power button and either up or down on the volume buttons it just goes to black and then just says Samsung galaxy SII and then tries to boot.
