Will anyone help me? my little xperia u display dead due to sweat.The phone connecting in flashboot and fastboot and i also used ics official firmware via flashtool but again displaying only black.phone vibrates when i start my phone but sony logo doesn't come.there is only black screen.i kept in sun due to this white form made up on half of the screen.

well from the information you have given to us ..it is sure that it is a hardware problem..so only sony centre can help you.. (that's what i think)

Help,why my neo L suddenly no display..after lockscreen turn off display,then display won't turn on again..i try reboot,same..no display..got vibrate,but nothing display..also no sony logo when reboot..WTH is going on with my neo..someone help me:crying:

Try flash stock ftf ? Or else go to Service center if you failed flash stock ftf ! Hardware conflict maybe

Might have caused excessive drains
Or else,try to flash stock Rom again through flashtool
If that too doesn't help,consult with service center guys!

my xt890 lcd screen and digitizer were broken so i changed them and the phone was working fine for a week, i then wanted to update to kitkat through oem update; everytime i tried it would give me error . i then read that since i unlocked bootloader and rooted my phone and installed cwm recovery i couldnt do an oem update and i had to do a factory reset in order to update through oem, so i did just that ; after the phone finished factory reset and booted i proceeded with oem update while the phone was charging, everything was going fine the file was downloading, i went to the bathroom and came back the display was black, but touch screen was working fine...through more searching i read that this could be from the update, and i should do another reset... since i couldnt see anything even recovery menu. i downloaded moborobo so i can see my screen on pc and proceeded to factory reset ... now i cant even see through moborobo and im stuck. i think im stuck in recovery screen, but no way to be sure , hence i cant get usb debug.Please help.
Hallo to all. my phone powers on normaly but after the sony logo the screen turns black and stops working.... it doesnt sines at all like there is no electricity. the buttons and the touch works normally. i have unlocked bootloaders through sony site.i have relocked the bootloaders through flash tool and tried the repair through pc suite but stills nothing. i have tried many custom kernels and roms and still nothing...i have flashed stock ftf files and nothing.. i sent it to customer care center (vodafone) and they want 250 euro!!!!they refused to tell me the cause of the broblem! thnx for your time reading my problem.

How can you say your touch and Buttons are working fine when there is just a black screen be clear in explanation mate..

because i can unlock the phone (sweeping low on black screen) then presing volume up-down,and hearing the sound. the buttons lights also works.
My sola boots up past the Sony and xperia logos but then instantly freezes and turns off. I have flashed stock software and repaired via Sony update service but the problem still exist. Does anyone know a fix?

I can't post the pictures because I'm new here. The phone keeps rebooting and only displays the Sony logo, after that the screen turns blue and the phone turns off.

Same problem here. I installed stock rom with Xperia Companion and Flashboot, but the blue screen keeps appearing.
I'll try a custom rom, as my warranty is over....

After upgrading non-rooted nor flashed E2303 to Marşmelov via Xperia Companion, I get blue screen every time Xperia is attempting to boot.
It goes blue screen before asking for Android PIN/Password.
I used Xperia Companion to "repair software" and my blue screen problem is gone.
same happens here, xperia m4 aqua on any rom i have tried(official rom lollipop and marshmallow) it gives blue screen randomly and when i get it started it goes very slow, activating stamina still does the same....it all started after upgrading to marshmallow as i remember.
i have solved this issue today by reballing its emmc ic ......

It's basically soldering.
My sony walkman wt19i just stopped displaying anything on the screen one day, just backlight. Android also wasn't booting up, since I coudn't receive call not pc recognised the phone. So I tried flashing it with official firmware with flashtool, nothing changed.
So I took to service shop, they said its display and I need new one, which was expensive and they were not even sure if they could get it since its older phone. So I gave up on that.
That would be the end of it, but today I tried turning it on again and voila ! it displayed sony logo and animation that follows it. Android booted and pc recognised the phone, but still no display on android.
So I am wondering what is going on here ? People at the service shop were wrong, because if it was dead display then it couldn't display sony logo and complex animation that follows it, right ?
If this is not display issue, then what it is ? There is still only backlight and nothing alse shows up once android starts.
If flashing doesn't help, does it mean its a hardware issue ? Is there anyway to fix this phone ? What could be wrong ? Any help is welcome
Nobody can help me ? Somebody has to know atleast does this sound like software or hardware issue ?
Anybody ??? Should I just throw away this phone ?
