This is my problem.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S1 (GT I9000), wit a ROM MIUI jelly bean 2.12.7.
I see in a few posts, people ask for help, because can't install anymore themes from unofficial fonts or from SD card.
Seems the problem is because XIOMI change the policies, and just the Themes official and certified from they are work.
I see a post, from someone pass this problems, wit the Xposed and MIUI Tools. I test MIUI V5 ROM, and works, but in my phone this ROM is a bit heavy, so I downgrade for the jelly bean 2.12.7 again.
Now, can someone help me in this field, because, I try many times the same solution in V5 ROM, and seems don't work, he says the message the theme is not official.

I love the Samsung video player, camera, gallery, S Planner and browser... but I really miss MIUI. Do any of you know if it's possible to somehow install these apps (and maybe the rest of the Samsung Apps) on a Samsung based MIUI ROM (or other MIUI ROMs)? I've seen a AOSP/AOKP Jelly Bean ROM with Samsung Apps, but I haven't found any MIUI ROMS.
Any help or tips is highly appreciated.

Also, I'm on official jelly bean (4.1.2) at present .. So please tell me how can I root my device to jelly bean (4.2.2) [Detailed steps please, If possible]

I am sure you haven't read the XDA rules before posting this. You should have read them before posting anything. Anyways there are hell lot of CUSTOM ROMs and STOCK BASED ROMs, but you have to choose on your own. The one that suits you. Below are the forums for I9100 model and use the search button and see how to ROOT your phone and then BACKUP your current stuff and FLASH any ROM you like:

1. There's no jelly bean rom or ics rom for ace-i.
2. If you want a fast rom, try CyanogenMod 7.2 OR roms based on it OR you can try AOSP 2.3.7, which I think is the fastest rom here.
