how to :
1.download the Themes and place it in your root of sd card
2. go to CWM recovry (rocomended) and flash it
3. same like the icon pack just place it in your root of sd card and flash it stock recovery or CWM recovry (optional)
thats it ,enjoy the themes ,but before you go with this will be much better to backup your rom first if you got some thing wrong in the midle of instalation.
im only try this in USSR V5 never try in version before , thats all i can give for this ROM dont ask me for other theme.

But anyway, yeah we would like the ION love soon. Once we get that the amaze will be on steroids. Chevy and I will be able to make Jellybean sense roms too. We will probably get Viper for JB, as well as a bunch of jb roms. It would be a dream come true. If you guys don't know, Chevy has a bunch of roms waiting for the one ION kernel. Watch the development section explode when that kernel comes. Hopefully soon but take your time, don't rush.

First let me say I am no Developer. I am a long time closet Flashaholic that is taking the plung to bring my darkness to light.
I had been waiting (like all mdk folks) to be able to safely flash tw 4.3 and really liked this International Rom and wanted to share. There are 2 versions Themed and Stock both are very customizable with extra features built in. (see original thread for full list)
This will not change your modem and has been modified for Verizon S4.

FOR MDK USERS (you must be loki"d and have custom recovery)
How to install :
1. From recovery wipe/factory reset
2. Flash Rom
3. Flash a TW 4.3 kernel ( ktoonez's or chronic's will work)
4. First boot takes about 3-5 minutes please let settle an additional 5 minutes for smoother set-up

Would not boot for me. Got the yellow triangle thing. What recovery did you use? I am using TWRP 2.5.0.2.

First time I flashed that happened to me too but I had accidentally flashed a 4.2 tw kernel instead of a 4.3 tw kernel...try reflashing kernel.
Edit : I use TWRP 2.5.0.2

Thanks. I flashed KT 11/4 and its booting right now. Even the boot animation is killer.

well we all are still confuse what this mod should be called.
its actually called sidebar not multi window
multi window is just you can use 2 apps simultaneously & side bar is just a bar with all apps
so I'm too confuse to say what this mod should be called xD .
if you want multi bar you will have to install xposed module. :silly:
