Is there a reason I can't turn this on? Rooted with xposed, I did take the OTA after receiving the phone.. And running dalvik still.. With Google now launcher.. The in call popup does work but not the large incoming one..

You have to disable wificalling to turn it on or off. But as soon ur wifi calling disable, it's automatic on.

I just got the ota using the ruu. Since I have done this every time I get a text vibration will not go off. I ran the ruu twice and all my settings are right. I'm wondering if any one else has had this problem or any one have an ideal on what it could be causing this.

You have the vibrate option selected in the message notification settings? I know by default the option to vibrate is not selected.

That is the NFC icon.
You can turn it off in settings.
I have wiped and even installed a new rom. The only thing I do with Bluetooth is phone calls. This is crazy.
The only interesting thing is I use the same headset with my pc but I only used the headset and phone for about two hours of talk time today.

I am betting that some programs were just updating in the background.
