So I watched the video about how to flash the new KK. I have to say I'm not impressed with the initial look. It doesn't look like it changed anything on the phone. I don't know why everyone was complaining about Verizon being so slow to update. It doesn't look like you gain anything but bragging rights that it now has KK on it. I could be wrong though. Not impressed at all.

It's a little over hyped, i agree. I wish it was more like the S5 interface but that's for the note 4
The reason is touchwiz. Kit kat looks so much better than jelly bean but touchwiz is the same crappy looking junk.
But the lockscreen music player is awesome. Which is part of my kat.

There are already three threads for ics stuff u could have posted this in one of those
That's been up there for at least a month, one of their reps actually posted that on their forum as part of an answer. You should have seen the ruckus that ensued.

So I'm running Maisters GSM ROM and the recent apps screen doesn't show up (non-exsistant). Anyways while looking I found a WP7 like view for the Recent apps screen but its for the Nexus S (System UI & Framework mod) and I can't just flash it.
So as a request to somebody with the time to read and think about this. It would be cool in my opinion for a similar mod for Sense 4.
I lack the modding skills to even begin to know what exactly has to be done. My adb, apk-signing, smilis skills etc have been ignored for the better half of a year. :crying:
So anyway Thanks for looking.
Goodbyyyyyyyeeeeee lol

I literally bought a new note, only because it had the screen I wanted over the galaxy SIII because android 4.1 SAID IT SUPPORTED USB AUDIO...CM10 has been out for the note for MONTHS and we STILL DONT HAVE USB AUDIO
But the galaxy SIII has USB audio work perfectly fine..WTF
So, you bought a phone but are mad it doesn't have the features of another phone that is newer, that is on a more recent version of an OS and its the phones fault that "you wasted money"??
Sounds like you should have done more research..

Well I am pretty sure if you feel this way, then take measures to replace your device, posting will not address your issues/wants and or requirements. Additionally homework on your end would help in your quest.
Thank You and....

If the buzz is accurate about LP for the G3 on 2/16, then it's probably important to remind rooted Kit Kat users of the annoying update reminders, hazards of taking the update on a modified stock ROM or custom recovery, and the challenges of flashing a stock rooted version of LP. I'm confident that our awesome developers will have LP ready for flashing within hours of the release. Until then, you should find an effective method of suppressing updates and know that you might have to do without cool stuff like Xposed and the modules you currently use. Lots of stuff to discuss here.
