if it still drain try use power save mode with SetCPU change it from performance
and limit the clock speed to 900mhz or bit more
u should get 200mA usage
i made with it
10hours 3 hours from all was playing music via bluetooth
and rest is idling took 16% from the extended battery(2750mAh)
I would freeze them first to make sure you don't remove something you need.
Also, it looks like you are running an ics Rom since olyou have face unlock. Might want to add what Rom you are using to the op.

Running a rooted stock MJ4 ROM. Used Root Explorer to remove APK's (likely why I'm having this issue. So perhaps finding out which apk I removed would rectify this.)
Whenever I click my home button ON my designated home screen it locks up and freezes and says "touchwiz has stopped responding"
It's highly annoying...

Just Odin the stock MJ4 tar in the dev section. It is posted by Skunk Ape. It doesn't wipe data so all you will have to do is reroot and flash a recovery. Somebody could probably tell you which apk it was but we would have to know every one you removed. Other option is to just reflash a nandroid or ref lash the stock ROM you are on without wiping data.

More than one, which is why you were provided a sound answer. Deleting apks could lead to undesired outcomes, as there are dependent library files (amongst other items, like archive files, sound, images) that go with them.
If all you did was delete apks, I'll send you a list of what should be in there. You could compare them one at a time, and let us know which are missing. Once that's known, I'll link you the ones to backfill.
Give me a minute and I'll post here. Now you might see why @ifly4vamerica and @w7excursion suggested the other route (it's a long dang list).

Flashing a stock rooted rom will probably be faster and easier. I've goofed up my phone doing the same thing lol.

App manager, select disable if an option (for most of the ones you referenced, it is). For others, like connection optimizer, you can use Titanium Backup to freeze. I suggest doing the latter one or two at a time with a reboot in between to make sure you aren't freezing apps that cause the same issue.

I try to make a stock rom. to that, i have to "WASH" my app directory on the rom.
So, if anyone can help me to find other not necessary apps that i can remove from the rom. (i've seen some post like that on XDA and have already update mine with it, but it's not enough i think .

Not all of those may be in the rom, I pulled that list from a bloat cleaner app.
Also if you don't plan to use screen mirror or WiFi direct you can remove any of the "AllShare**" stuff #WfdBroker.apk is part of the AllShare suite

Best way would be to use titanium backup pro.
