I just bought a L9 in USA unlocked for any sim and let me know if I can install the Jelly Bean V20A KDZ Telcel for my phone is P768 and P769.
There would be a problem to install this rom on my P769?

Yes. It will not boot since your P769 has a locked bootloader. You can unlock the bootloader using the tutorial we have here, but I am not sure if the P768 ROM will work on it.
