Installation Procedure
Make sure you are either on any KitKat ROM (CM11, etc) or on 4.2.2 TW based ROM and NOT on 4.1.2 TW based ROM

Take a nandroid backup
Recommended - Full wipe and factory reset

I have the same problem, but its a minor one, everything else seems to be working just fine

I don't have this issue, my phone company is Yoigo. It's only a vodafone's bug?

OTA update
Flash the attached zip files according to your device for the OTA update service to be activated. You obviously need to be running AOKP on your device prior to flashing the zip file. Use the OTA updater app to check for updates. If it throws up an error, let me know.
Note that this is required only once. From coming builds, i will be adding the OTA files to the rom.
Attached are screenshots of the ota update for the Mega that I just released. For direct downloads, roms will also be uploaded to mediafire.
OTA builds have been uploaded. Mediafire uploads should be done in an hour.

I'm really liking this rom so far. Features, features, features There are only three little bugs that I noticed, all regarding the quick settings panel:
If you try to toggle 'NFC' it crashes systemui. If you try to toggle 'Swagger', whatever that is, absolutely nothing happens. And if you try to use the 'User Switcher' tile without having a profile set up it simply crashes.
Other then that everything seems to be fine. Bluetooth will still only work after the first reboot but that's not such a huge issue.
is it possible to flash latest 1.4 f4ction kernel into this rom? if yes i wanna try this aokp rom..

Flashed it again, same problem, stuck on bootanimation. I gave it about 15 min and rebooted but nothing.
I used the same download link from the beginning of the thread (not mirror)
Maybe try again and upload but use a different name, like test03 or something, so we know it is a different version.
If you do it, I will test it.

I have no idea , it broke from cm-10.2 and from then no pac build boots . Some one ****ed with pac man sources .
U can dirty hack it with cm repo's but i don't have time to test all that

I'm also wondering about size... 166 mb are too low for a kitkat build.
I'll download zip (5 hrs ) tonight,then compare with cm11 folders. Then i'll see.

I had a problem with the kernel, does not enter recovey, so use carbonRom kernel, install the new rom but stays in the bootanimation.
PD: I wanted to experiment, if you replace the lib and bin of carbonRom starts but goes to error systemui

Camera sometimes gets stuck in background and requires a restart to fix issue, if you get 'can not connect to camera' you have the bug, restart

Interested in this as well. For me, the only think missing from AOSP. It is much better and faster than KK and Lollipop ROMs from LG.

So as expected, unfortunately it does not work, just like other AOSP ROMs, just tested it. Wondering how difficult is it to fix this. I guess we will have to wait for the official CM release, hope will not take that long.

How to Install:
1. Install TWRP: http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-...mp-unlock-lg-g3-twrp-d852-d852g-f400-t2900614
2. Download Rom and Gapps(In download section)
3. Copy them to your Phone
4. Reboot to recovery
5. Make a backup
6. Wipe data/factory reset
7. Flash the ROM and then Gapps
8. FIRST BOOT WILL TAKE LOOOOOOOOOONG!!!
9. Enjoy.

Note: Normally dirty Flash should work, if you get Google Play Service crashes after dirty flashing then reflash gapps. You should be fine then.

1. How often will this ROM get updates?
I try to do weekly updates!
2. Dirty or clean Flash new updates?
Make backup and try out. Sometimes there are Google Play Service Errors after dirty flashing!

Out of curiosity, I googled AICP and found a review with plenty screenshots from September for 4.4.4. Those shots show plenty of features one might expect eventually in the L version.

I've installed it.
Works flawlessly.
Doesn't have all the customisable options yet, just a few.
A very good, fast and stable rom

i don't add things like that, they were added by liquidsmooth team. I'm just the guy who tries to get this roms running on our device, what's added and what's not is nothing i have to decide

sorry for questions...i have been using rom and i love it and planning to stick to it but that dark material thingy is actually cool(but there is wifi hotspot bug :|)

This is not Lollypop....this is KitKat Design for me in Background ....Nice Rom and for me ist the Design not so easy. I love Lollypop with Material Design in Background and Pulldown and Settings...black ist out!

Can't exFat support be added? Not even with third-party apps?

i have the problem when i make a call and the screen turns off and then goes out so that i must reactivate it with the power button i cant hear my conversation partner and vice versa... but when i receive a call everything is alright.

I'm pretty sure that on-device file systems must be supported by the kernel itself, so it may take some time for some kernel developer to add it.
