Hello everyone!
This is the first theme i've ever made . It is based on Fishears' Gingerbreadish for Utopia final theme. I've tweaked his update to look like ICS, hope you like it.
Flash it with CWM Recovery 3+
This are the THEMED FEATURES:

I just downloaded this theme and it looks pretty good...THANKS!
One question: after I applied the ICS.xml, do I need it on my SDcard\CMTheme\ or can I delete the folder?

How should I change the lock screen style to have one button?

I think you are right...lockscreen should come from 360LAuncher...

Absolutely no issues with the HDPI version.
do the ics like settings work on our phone (cyanogenmod alpha 8.2)? and is this just to install like any other theme?

After Installing the Theme..Go to Settings-->Themes-->then select the installed theme from there

No it's not same theme with different version, they are only installed once but show up twice
