I am on Temasek V50 ROM and i searched all options to set to hide the lockscreen PIN number visibility.
Before the number changes into * , it shows the actual number . Is it possible to hide that number showing too ?
I have already set it to unlock automatically when correct pin is entered . I dont want to reveal the Password as i type it .
Never mind i missed an option to hide the password. enabled it and now its fine.

I saw in a video you can get the pin lock screen with the new slider, where u type numbers to unlock. How can I get this?
I'm interested in changing the failure lock pattern to transparent. I've set the 'use visible pattern' off, but when I swipe an incorrect pattern the trail always shown.
Does anyone knows how to edit that using a de/compiled framework-res.apk?
So far I only managed to set the icons, successful pattern and texts disappeared.
Also it'd be nice to know how to move/format the dates, clock, and service provider label.

Hi,
I dropped my phone this morning and, believe it or not, when I switched it on there was a new (swipe) lock screen.
This new lock screen might be because of an application that's adding a lock screen, but I can't find out which.
So to test some suggestions.
I setup a PIN unlock (I need this for corporate e-mail)
I setup the swipe unlock
So when I know switch on my phone I have to
- swipe (because of the unknown lock app or something)
- swipe again (because of the swipe unlock I setup above)
- enter a pin (because of the setup above)
Ideally I only want the pin unlock, so when I remove the swipe unlock from the security settings, I'm left with
- swipe (because of the unknown lock app or something)
- enter a pin (because of the setup above)
I want to get rid of this unknown swipe lock.
I've gone through the apps I've installed (after I uninstalled a couple) and none of them should have a lock screen
Any ideas on how I can solve this problem

Please post a complete list of apps you have (using Settings -> App Manager -> All.)

i changed the settings on my phone to hide number , i was wondering if i leave a voicemail will it show my number?
Given show/hide number is a carrier side function, this will be carrier-dependent. Ask them.
On Lollipop the lockscreen notifications designate apps as "sensitive" however some of which are not at all sensitive. One example is my podcaster PocketCasts, is there any way to change the security sensitivity for specific apps? I should note this is BarePop/ZV8
I found the answer to my question on some random forum, it's not intuitive but go into "Settings>Sound>Notifications>Lock screen" and change "Hide sensitive only" to "Show all notifications" then you'll need to either long press the notification to mark it as sensitive(and it will hide the details) or go right below in the Sound menu where it says "Apps" and you can change settings there.
My phone doesn't have the option to hide sensitive only. All it says is show all notifications or hide them . It used to say unlock to see sensitive but now it's gone idk what happened
