This device would be a very old device, but I know there are some resources.
I was given a bricked Lenovo LePhone A366t, which has a MediaTek MT6513 SoC. It isn't recognized by the PC, so I asked my friend to lend me a soldering iron. However, after that, I need the firmware and all the stuff. Can someone help me?

The Lenovo site may have some resources. They have been known to release sources for their builds.

Anyone plz help.i m trying to create a jelly bean custom rom.plz tell me how to create jelly bean custom rom
i can tell yur not a developer, u can build from source provided by google or CyanogenMod etc... They all have guides how to build depending on ur device. the process requires a computer on a Linux system such as Ubuntu or others. The requirements are posted around google.

well it may be possible, building from source that is. but i myself cant help, dont have a computer in hand, do u know if they have released kernel source? if so that can help with custom kernels, maybe leading to ics, even jellybean if its possible. But kernel source is highly preferred, since it can help the building process. also since this phone isnt a knows device here were i am at i cant help or troubleshoot.

You would need to post quite a bit more info for someone to help you, like what is model number to start with? Then what version of android is on it? What kind of processor is in it?

Try this, search Play Store on your device for appscanner, or "SRT Appscanner" to be specific. Once installed run the app and then tell me if either of the bugs shown at top of screen says vulnerable (Bug 8219321 or Bug 9695860)
Are those the master key bug codes?

Try this:
http://www.cydiaimpactor.com/
If it completes with no errors you will just need to go install SuperSU from Play Store. Once installed, open SuperSU and it will ask to update binary, choose continue, then normal and you should have root!
Hope this helps!
Thanks! Worked great, much appreciated

Only I realised that this phone is a straight s4 clone, but the flashlight is placed on the right side to the camera.

It costs 160$,so it is a better deal then buying a crappy screen and processor low-end xperia e,Samsung young and HTC desire 200,who could almost more in my country.
The device is fantastic, and I want to buy it too,and customise the crap out of it
But I must get root.
Is there any universal rooting program which can root this phone?
Thank you.
Found a way to root
I installed this app:
http://eshmor.com/framaroot-apk-app-android/
Framaroot successfully rooted my device, should work for people with the same device.
Thank you, helpful members,i couldnt achieve this without you ignoring my request for help!
First install ADB drivers for your smartphone and then
try to root it with "Kingo Android Root": download.cnet.com/Kingo-Android-Root/3000-2094_4-75996768.html
It worked on my SQ-40E86H.

My phone was at the repair shop, and they updated the firmware from R04 to R08.
Google Chrome wasnt force closing anymore(verified with 3 Quadro SQ-50E85F)
There was a new category in settings, dedicated to the proximity sensor(swipe homescreen pages with waving, etc.)
Framaroot was rendered useless(probably because they "covered the security hole" which let us root it before the R08)
HOWEVER!
After 3 days and testing of over 12 root tools,i finally managed to find GeniusRoot. It didnt use SuperUser nor SuperSU,it uses KingUser instead.KingUser works the same way as Chainfires Superuser applications, but has a better UI

Hello Friends,
is there any simple way to root Lenovo K900 as if we flash system.img which has been provided it erase all account information and i dont want to lose any information or any account from my phone.
before this i have used many android phone and for them rooting phone was very easy.
I would appreciate if anyone from you can provide simple way to root phone without flashing.
root
which ROM?
Only way to obtain root is to download and flash a rom with it. X86 devices like this have a lot less security flaws than ARM devices so root can not be so easily obtained.

How did you solve it?
Can you copy /paste the link to the thread / information you used to fix your watch?
I get the firmware backup for omate 1/8/2100 # 20140328 (this one can be update to latest via OTA) and flash it using SP Tool like the tutorial in the forum and then start the watch and then get the latest update via OTA.
The link for the firmware I used here:
