[Q] I'm an Idiot, please help - T-Mobile HTC One (M7)

I'll keep it short.
I had my bootloader unlocked and I had S-OFF. I flashed a stock rom form my tmobile m7. Then I thought if I relock the bootloader and gained S-ON the red text would disappear when it booted. I'm trying to sell it.
Flashed stock rom, flashed stock recovery, gained S-ON and relocked my bootloader.
Now when it reboots it keeps booting straight to the bootloader and thats it. If I reboot to recovery it stays on that screen for about 5mins and then reboots to the bootloader. At the top of my bootloader screen I have:
Tampered in black
Relocked in pink
Security Warning in pink
Here some more info for you:

Do a Google search for custom HBoot on your phone. This can be done easily on my Sprint phone - if you look at the Sprint HTC One forums, a user there has an HBoot flasher program that is awesome. Rootlinux is his name - he may be able to help.

[Q] Flashing problem! FAILED remote:signature verify fail

Hello,
I have tried to flash my HTC One for the first time, yesterday. But I made a mistake and flashed the wrong kernel with S-ON.
Now I tired to go back to the orginal state by following this guide
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2182823
When starting the 11. step with the command: fastboot flash zip firmware.zip
I get an error message FAILED remote:signature verify fail
I dont know what to do ;( ;(
Also I previously installed the recovery "ClockWorkMod Touch"
Here are some infos about my phone

just flash a custom rom. there is no tmo ruu as far as i know so your flashing the wrong one. only way to install that ruu is with s-off and supercid

What's wrong w/my GetVar All?

I've been having trouble applying the OTA update and also doing an RUU back to 4.3. Both fail w/unknown errors (stock recovery or TWRP). I just realized that doing a GetVar All in fastboot locks up. All I get is the below. Any idea what might cause this? All I did when I got the phone was unlock the bootloader via HTC and install TWRP for recovery.

(bootloader) security: on
(bootloader) build-mode: SHIP
(bootloader) boot-mode: FASTBOOT
getvar:all FAILED (status read failed (Too many links))
The 'too many links' error is just the nature of 1.44 hboot and the error is harmless.
BTW, if you ever think you'll want s-off go ahead and do that using revone before updating.

HELP: Stuck with black logo with four triangles, Get error 155 everytime i try to ruu

So the past three days i haven't had a phone or a social life. i hope i didn't brick my $600 phone. i was in recovery and i accidentally restored to an old backup and then the phone got stuck in bootloop and some reason i resorted to fastbooting my 1.26.502.12 RUU and it failed 10 times i've tried a newer ruu and an older one. but every single time i get error 155. i read about decrypting or reencrypting the ruu since s-on. but i cant figure out how to use Unruu and Ruuveal. i'm really stuck and i should have never tried updating my rom. it was stock att m7 then i put google play edition on it but i wanted kit kat.. can someone help me out of this RUU Recovery screen. i have no bootloader, no recovery, and s-on. am i ****ed?

[Q] bricked phone after trying to go back to stock

Okay, so I seriously messed up my phone hardcore.
CURRENTLY: My phone would turn on to a htc logo screen. If I turn the screen off then on again, the stock version lock screen would show up. But if I unlock the screen, the white htc boot logo would show up.
- I flashed a rom through adb sideload (Guru_Reset_M7_4.19.401.11-TeHashX.zip)
- still showing that htc logo screen when unlocked
I went from using a Lollipop 5.0 unofficial build, somehow my s-off became s-on, without realizing I flashed some other roms, which got my phone not being able to detect my sim card...
Somehow I was able to adb sideload a cm11 rom and get it working again, but my sim couldn't be detected... SO I decided to be stupid and go back to stock to see if anything changed.
But I messed up badly, I messed around with almost everything.
Firmware, adb sideloading, hboot, ruu, to try to go back to stock.
Now I'm just stuck I have no idea what to do.
I'm only able to access bootloader and (twrp) recovery.
I just want to go back to stock. OR just be able to work my phone again.

Can some one please help me..?

Need help going back to Stock from GPE Lollipop

I relocked my bootloader. Turned S- ON and ran the correct RUU.exe file that I downloaded straight from HTC's website and I always get stuck during the update process(technically a downgrade I suppose) The RUU.exe always comes back with error 155 UNKNOWN ERROR. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I ran ADB and checked before I ran the RUU that my PC does in fact recognize it( both while on my homescreen and FASTBOOT mode). Please I need help!
ok so I unlocked my bootloader again via HTCDev. But I can't for the life of me get S-OFF again. My HBOOT is 1.54. I am on the OFFICIAL GPE ROM. Help please.

Post a fastboot getvar all except remove your imei and serialno! If what I suspect is true, you changed your MID and CID to the Google MID & CID. If you did that, then the T-Mobile RUU will not run since it is the wrong MID & CID. When you went back to S-ON you made it impossible to change your MID & CID back to T-Mobile. As far as S-OFF is concern you might try Sunshine S-OFF.

Let try an older RUU 5.14.531.11
Place phone in FASTBOOT USB
Lock your bootloader if it is not already locked
Run the RUU from your computer
If it fails post the error
If successful then
Try S-OFF with Sunshine
RUU 6.10.531.9
RUU 6.10.531.10
DUDE THANK YOU SO MUCH. I KNOW ITS LIKE 4 months ago but thank you so much. the old RUU did the trick and I got back to stock.
