i would like to see more settings related to this. personally I prefer a numeral as opposed to a letter. as in אייר 1 instead , except with the numeral on the right side. also, size options would be great. thanks!

Note for those using recent armv6 cm-11 and omni ROMs. Non-Latin fonts have been taken out! Needs to copy off older ROMs and push. This change should be reverted -- this is an international community and more than a few of us use non-Latin fonts and languages. Let's hear some voices, folks.

I see why requests are made as dates are usually not in the notifications bar. Only short formats are practical here.
Anyway, works like a charm
A different request: Can this sit on a general Android function to retrieve textual date info and allow me to set the calendar? Even dual-calendar?

little problem that annoy me is that u can't pull the notification panel if u try to do so from the side where the date is.

Hello! Here's an experimental application I've been working on as a side project. I'm not sure whether or not I'll continue it, but I thought I'd share what I have so far.
This application will display the Windows Phone 7 style notification using the top bar on the top coming down and displaying the notification. The current application you are using will be paused until you either ignore or view the notification.
To view the notification, click on the blue bar.
To ignore the notification, double-tap anywhere that is NOT the blue bar (grayed out screen).
Here's an example:

to be honest the splash screen ruins it; i hope that's just because it's an early version. It also didn't distinguish between email and text when i tested... still said text when i got a new email. nice idea though... future version should auto-start with winmo imo.

It can auto-start with Winmo if you add a shortcut to your startup folder. And also, the splash screen is only there because it's not set to hide as soon as it runs. I'll see about removing it in later versions.
Also, I'm not sure about the text/email issue, I'll look into it.
-What other notifications should be added? Missed call is a good one I suppose, but what should it link to?

I have an omnia 2 i920 and i think it works great...only problem i see is with s2u2...when its locked and i get a text it slowly comes over the s2u2 lock screen and doesnt display the message unless i double click the screen

It should work, are you sure you activated and rebooted? Also, which reddit sync theme do you have on? (Action bar colour)

Xposed doesn't support L
It's 2.3+, as the title says
Looks good thanks. Although in the app Fenix (twitter client) the icon is white and clashes with the action bar.
Edit: In fact, this seems to be a issue with every app that has a grey/white action bar.

Yap it's possible of course, but many hard work changes colors of font i dont know code so is very long and difficult
The biggest problem for qualitative change theme, is, that I have note 3 instead s5 When customing theme should to constantly check on the phone

Tested the center clock. The qconnect and sfinder is gone but the clock size is smaller.

How to send a bug report:

Do you have the message saying "Notch Test shown over other apps"? If there's not and you should try reboot.
As pointed out previously it doesn't show on white backgrounds.

yes pls, screenshots don't show the actual notch.
Thanks for the efforts on this, haven't tried it myself yet but looks good from the picture.
From the next MIUI update, they will be adding notifications next to the clock instead of showing the AM/PM status. They don't want to have 2-row clock/notifications in stock MIUI for some reason.
Still not the best of solutions though.

Is there possibility to disable "NotchTest is displaying over other apps" notification?
System > Notifications > Show notifications (it's blurred and I can't change it)
