Look at your sd card, you will see a folder named eminent.... go to systemUi-Mod, extract coloreblack.zip look inside vrtheme/system/priv-app/ and extract systemUi.apk and change the eminent.png in res/ drawable-xxhdpi/ to your choice...the zip files are flashable...i use 7zip

Well I think you should look a little closer. The pulldown & quicksettings is modded, the taskmanager, shutdown menu, keyboard, etc etc. Geez. What are you expecting here? You want it to make coffee?

Oh I see, nice job! Hopefully this will spark interest in white-menu based themes.
Oh god, so many ROMs to choose from
This mod will give your Tw launcher a 4x5 homescreen, and a 4x5 app drawer. The widgets should stay looking right with this, it took a while to get the stock weather widget to play nice with this mod. Instead of replacing the whole seclauncher3.apk like most do I am going to do this with the vrtheme engine to only change the files needed. Doing it this way should allow it to work on deodex and odex roms. I can only test on deodex right now and it works perfectly. I will need someone to make a backup and try it on stock odex to see if it works correctly. I can send you a flashable to fix the odex launcher if it breaks it, I just dont wanna change roms to try myself. Just flash the file in recovery and reboot.
-update- I added a V2 of this it moves stuff just a little bit here and there to get all to fit better and get all the widgets to show right. Making all the other widgets work right makes a small black line around the accuweather widget. Im adding another zip that will remove this line from the widget, it will still have a small shadow line at the bottom but for now its the best solution and looks much better than the first version of this.
-update- I added a V4 fast version it has some speed tweaks added it makes the pages flip much faster than stock.
-update- I added a ME7 version that is actually built from the updated launcher should solve any problems anyone had using this on the new build.
-update- I added two new ones one mdk, and one me7 with wallpaper scrolling enabled. They both have the fast page flip included. Just pick the one for you base of rom your on.
-update- I added two new 4x4 stock layout, with fast page flip and scrolling wallpaper

Working good so far on stock odex. The only problem I see is that the page indicators overlap icons on the bottom of the screen.

Post a screen shot if you can so I can see how much they need moved. Most people move them all the way to the bottom, but I like them to break up the dock and bottom row. Mine don't cover on icons but do on a couple widgets I'll see what I can do

Version 2 up in the OP, it fixes the calendar widget and makes a little more room for the icons at bottom. Everything looks good on my setup, let me know if you find anything else that needs adjusted. V2 makes a little line around the weather widget if you use it i made a zip to remove the line from the widget for now.

All stock after I apply your theme I also apply the dropdown changer from TEAM VENUM and a did theme the time. I did change the PNG on the THEMES for the one on the Picture. The color code you can always google it as ICS COLOR CODE I think :sly:

Hi Sir! You've done a great job, and I love it. But of course there are always some points in mind to improve your work.
I have some points for you ( as a feedback and I wish you can work for the next version) :
- PLEASE make the status bar & navbar 100% transparent (or you can also follow the Android KitKat style!)
- After some hours using your SystemUI, I think I'm prefer the full date aligned to the left side. It just looks better
- I appreciate your analog clock but can you change it into JB style analog clock?? (simple round, not doted). I believe the simple round will looks so much better
- About the power toggles, do you mind to let user to change the toggles grid size? the current toggles looks too gigantic!
- My Photo Profile always looks horrible, no matter how high the resolution is. Is it possible to fix it in the future development?
for now, tha'ts my feedback. Thanks for your job. I'm waiting for the release of the next development

Flash in recovery, restart, first boot will take some time.
DOWNLOAD
(I recommend using this with stock ROMs/apps only, may not work correctly on ported apps from Note 3 (except the launcher)

Thats because you are using Note 3 ports.

After flashing this MOD, nothing changes for the icons. Not a single icon gets change. Not sure if someone has the same problem as I have. Hope you can solve this out Kik0o. Cheers!

Does your modified version works for Note3 mods etc? I'm using DN3 (Ditto Note3).

Didn't change all the icons neither, icons for my files, calculator,s planner, internet and contacts remain unchanged though this one changed the icons in settings which the one in op didn't. Atleast thats how it is on my phone with dn3.1.

i aplied the modified theme in DN 3 v3.2 but in settings the icons is to litle ( with the dpi set to 240 ). Please if posible to provide a flashable zip with the original icons in settings or the new one with biger layout for 240 dpi. Thank's in advance...
Edit : With 360 dpi is the same : a little bigger but stil to little compared to original icons....

Yeah my files s planner are not changing just changed the settings icons.
